Just great. Good hotel, good position in town. All is good. 2 points could be better: Too much light in the room in morning Breakfast is far too expensive

Very Good

A really nice hotel with a very good restaurant. Service is exellent. One thing to mention is that a towel dryer at full power in the bathroom is not good for the environment. Will recommend this hotel and will definitly come back

Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auch Zölliakiebetroffene (meine Frau) und Veganer (ich) finden beim Frühstück genug um satt zu werden. Meine Frau fragte nach glutenfreiem Brot welches sie auch bekam. Es schmeckte ihr.

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und waren ein wenig enttäuscht. Es zeigt sich etwas Müde und eine Auffrischung da und dort ist angebracht. Die Betten waren mittelmässig bequem. Die Lage finden wir gut und der HB ist sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend. Außerdem ist es modern, sehr sauber und auch die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Obwohl ich nur ein „S“ Zimmer gebucht hatten, gab es ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen, um Sachen abzulegen, ohne dass sie im Weg stehen. Das Personal hat uns auch freundlich begrüßt und man hat sich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel verfügt auch über viele schöne Räumlichkeiten, wo man abends Zeit verbringen kann wie bspw. einen schönen Innengarten. Beim Einchecken muss man aber bedenken, dass man vorläufig eine Gebühr von 100 Euro zusätzlich zahlen muss, die aber am Ende zurückerstattet wird, falls man keine Getränke etc gekauft hat. Auch wenn ich nur für eine Nacht da war, würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder kommen!

Das Bett/Matratze könnte gemütlicher sein, aber da ist ja auch sehr subjektiv. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel könnte auch noch etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Alles in allem aber ein schönes und besonderes Hotel in einer zentralen Lage.

Good location and close to the central area. The ground level was nicely decorated. The staff was nice in general but could have been more helpful. The check-in feels rush and we weren’t told about the different amenities in the hotel such as breakfast or sauna when we first arrived and only learned that the sauna was available from a different guest. The room was small but has what we need. Cleaning staff comes everyday but didn’t clean used glasses which is the main reason why cleanliness loses a star. A bit noisy at night. We were excited about the bar after reading the review but find that it was a bit cheesy.

Was excited to stay at this property and was so disappointed upon arrival. Front desk staff barely greeted us and it was self check-in on a device. No assistance from desk clerks. The room was shocking-nothing like the photos-run down, dusty with a filthy shag carpeting. The shower flooded the bathroom and there was no shampoo and conditioner. The downstairs bar was loud and rowdy with mostly locals. The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation and the waiters were rude. All together a completely sub par hotel. Spend your money elsewhere.
