Please remove from Hotels.com

Did not recieve email from hotel for the code to check in, despite trying to email or phone. Check-in is exclusively automated, so was not able to stay the night. Only non-refundable reservation was available, so lost the money for the booking. This is similar to other people's experience.

Area surrounding the hotel is quite busy and loud, especially at night. Though things like that don’t bother me, I know some may like quiet areas. The facilities themselves are completely bearable, just the shared bathroom could be cleaned/wiped down more frequently. I understand that it’s down to guests respecting the shared space and that any mess or smell made is definitely up to the guests, it could also be managed a little more- I found that there was soap everywhere and wet tissue left on the floor. But overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would stay there again.

La recepción esta en otro edificio, hay personos pero no te atienden, tienes que hacer self checkinn, la maquina pide mucha informacion y es tardado el proceso, ademas de que, es hasta las 3 de la tarde. Si te toca en el piso 5 o 6 ya no llega el elevadaor y los baños son compartidos. La zona donde esta, es la peor, hay muchos indigentes y drogadictos.

Qualität zu letztem Jahr massiv verschlechtert. Statt Rezeption jetzt neu self Check-in, kein room service, Zimmer hat arg nach Qualm gestunken. Trotz lüften & Masse an Raum Spray nicht zu handeln, nachts schrien junge Laute auf dem Gang (sehr geräuschempfindsame Wände), keine Koffer Aufbewahrung... Gegend: Migranten-Drogen-Distrikt.

Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung war sehr schmutzig. Auf den Gardinen, dem Bett, dem Teppich, auf Möbeln überall Flecken. Das Bad ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. Schimmel in der Dusche und alles ingesamt schmutzig. Die Umgebung sehr laut und beängstigend. Immer nur hörte man Polizeieinsätze

Nie wieder . Laut und unbequem

Umgebung nicht so. War sehr laut egal ob Tag oder in der Nacht . Die Wände sehr dünn, dass man den Nachbarn beim schnarchen hören kann. Betten waren okay, sowie das Zimmer und Bad. Nur das nötigste. Zimmer eher klein. Wir hatten 2 Nächte , das hat vollkommen gereicht aber wir würden es nicht weiter empfehlen wenn man ein ruhigen Schlaf benötigt.

Achtung! Hotel zieht Kunden ab!

FINGER WEG! Ich reise viel nach Hamburg und das war mit Abstand das scheußlichste Hotel von allen. Ich kam aufgrund einer Zugverspätung nach Check-In-Zeit an. Versuchte vorher aus dem Zug das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen. Keinerlei Antwort. Ich musste die erste von 3 Nächten woanders verbringen. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich dann einchecken, doch mein Zimmer war andersweitig vergeben. Zudem musste ich den vollen Preis bezahlen. Auf Nachfrage bei Mail und Telefon bekam ich unterirdische Antworten. Ich bleibe auf 300 Euro sitzen, das Hotel antwortet auf keine Mails mehr und möchte nicht einen Cent zurückzahlen, obwohl ich rechtzeitig da war. Falls sie sich jetzt doch noch überlegen dort zu buchen: Das einzige Lebewesen, welches ich am Abend in der Hotellobby noch angetroffen habe, war eine Ratte, die es sich dort bequem gemacht hat. Ich würde jedem empfehlen hier niemals zu buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar sehr zentral, aber in einer Gegend, wo ich mich selbst als südlich aussehender großer Mann nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt habe. Ab abends oder morgens irgendwie möchte man hier nicht wirklich sein. Die Rezeption des Hotels befindet sich im gegenüberliegenden Hotel. Die Straße ist super laut. Es gibt keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Das Zimmer ist nachts super hell. Sauberkeit ist auch etwas anderes. Zum Checkin habe ich eine halbe Stunde auf der Straße gewartet, auf der ich mich wirklich unwohl fühlte. Von mir absolut keine Empfehlung
