It might not be everyone’s taste but the room was comfortable and the shower fantastic, friendly people in the hotel and many drunk and hard on there luck people outside

It was horrible night, unsafe area, so much noises from outside. We couldn't sleep at that night. The check in machine wasn't working well. Only the thing I liked they send me a guy to fix the check in machine. He was friendly and helpful.

This is not a hotel.... It's a hostel. Falsely advertised, no reception desk requiring self check-in. Email to enter the main door was sent to myself at 17:15, when check-in was room 15:00 When entering the room, we were greeted with a double bed when asked for two single beds. Called the help desk, who were so very unhelpful and very rude. I would advise others to be cautious when thinking of spending their money on a stah in this "hotel"

Nothing wrong with room itself but fact I got no instructions about entry then had the hassle of contacting them was a pain. One of our rooms was a double rather than two singles. Also, TV did not work and no cups for bathroom or tea.

My father and brother stayed here for a stag weekend. It was clean but they were shocked to find that there was no heating or hot water on the second day and because of this, they had to have cold showers and since returning home my father is really poorly, as are lots of the party. The hotel said to email as they would give a discount but there is no email address. The area around the hotel was unsafe and they were told by the taxi driver that it’s the most dangerous part of Hamburg. We would like something back as a form of compensation.

The rooms are ok but the checkin was at 15 and we were early and came at 13:30 and the personal was rude and told us no rooms were ready and we should come back at 15, so we did and then the rooms were still not ready at 16:30 the cleaner was done.

Worst experience ever!

No cup or glass to drink water, basin so small that 500ml bottle refill is not possible, attendant refused to give us any cups. Room and corridor is very gloomy. Waiting out outside of hotel, ringing several times to enter. Bath is very small for a slim built 170cm tall person. No answer on telephone when reception is unmanned, no help! Receptionist accidentally overcharged and then kept fiddling with refund process. Worst experience even for a one night stop over stay!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung Man sollte wissen das es kein Personal gibt an das man sich bei Problemen wenden kann, ausschließlich eine Hotline Leider hat das Zimmer ganz schlimm gestunken, wie alte modrige nasse Handtücher, und der Geruch hat sich leider auch gehalten Nachts war es sehr laut, wobei man das wissen sollte wenn man über dem Elbschlosskeller wohnt Im großen und Ganzen in Ordnung

Also den self check in fand ich nicht sehr gut. In keiner der Unterlagen stand eine Reservierungsnr dien man aber benötigt! Also musste mam schon das erste Mal telefonieren. Dann das Zimmer was wir hatten, war nirgends aufgelistet, also wieder angerufen. Das Zimmer selbst war schön; aber die Bewegungsmelderlampen im Gang zum Wc eine Katastrophe. Nur im Bett umgedreht, zack ging das Licht an. Die Tür leider seehr dünn; man hat wirklich alles aufm Flur gehört! Die Lage war allerdings super! Also zentraler gehts kaum.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zentral und gut zu erreichen. Die Lautstärke draußen war nicht so schlimm, wie erwartet. Der Check-in muss selbst durchgeführt werden, aber war machbar. Nur blöd, wenn eine Schlange vor dir ist, dann dauert es sehr lange bis man dran ist. Wir würden dennoch wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

Hotellet er fint med ok værelser. Vi boede der på nogle meget varme dage. Vi var derfor nødtil at have vinduet åbent og her er der rigtig meget larm fra nattelivet. Vi savnede aircon. Du bor midt i nattelivet. Lige midt på reeperbahn. Så hvis du vil bo tæt på festlivet, så ligger hotellet rigtig godt. På den ene side af døren til hotellet ligger der en bar som altid har åbent. På den anden side af døren ligger der en del hjemløse som bor og fester på gaden. De hjemløse gør ikke noget og passer sig selv. Men de kan både larme og blive meget voldsomt uvenner. Hotellet har selv tjek ind. Det gav lidt problemer for os fordi vi ikke havde fået koden til døren på forhånd. Men vi ringede til servicetelefonen som hjalp os fint igennem indtjekningen. Hotellet er ellers fint og trygt at bo på og værelser og bad var helt ok til prisen til par og venner som vil ud og være en del af nattelivet.

Billigt men man får vad man betalar för. Gatan var stökig (mitt på Reperbahn). Skulle inte rekommendera för ex barnfamiljer. Rummet hade ingen luftkonditionering eller ventilation vilket gjorde det väldigt fuktigt och varmt. Toan var fräsch. Incheckningen var krånglig och personalen som endast kunde nås via telefon var svår att få tag på. Nära tunnelbanestationen. Rummet hade ett stort fönster och högt i tak.

Zum feiern gut aber zum ausnüchtern schrecklich

Betten zu klein Zimmer zu klein und komisch aufgestellt kein Wasser oder Becher im Zimmer Kühlschrank auch nicht Reeperbahn war Mega und die Schall Isolierung auch waren öfter auf der Reeperbahn im Hotel aber diese Schall Isolierung war die beste
