Nice location, high standard hotel. Had a room on 7th floor, if anyone was to be on the rooftop ( on 8th) we would have been kept awake so probably some problems with noise on this specific floor. Other friends stayed on 3rd with NOV noise. Nice spa but too many kids at the time of visit making it a bit chaotic! Otherwise, very nice, will definitely stay again!

Lækkert hotel med god service. Det eneste negativt er, at der fra værelset var en del støj fra gangen og overdragen (hvor terrassen er ), mit værelse var på 7 etage.

Also, sehr unerfreulich ist, dass man nur am Wochenende gratis ein Sektglas zum Früfstück erhält….bei diesem Preis für das Frühstück gibt einem das schwer zu denken. Sonst reichhaltiges und gutes Ftühstück. Indoor Pool ist ungenügend….wenn jemand abderer im Pool ist, kann man nicht schwimmen……war an zwei Tagen mehrmals in unten, konnte aber nie wirklich schwimmen!!!!

The hotel staff was fantastic! Especially the team in the restaurant. I was not very happy with the curtains/blinds in the room. Did not block out enough light, Which made it quite difficult to sleep after 5 am. Sleeping in was not an option. The hotels AC system was also down while I was there, which did not help my sleeping situation. Overall, hotel is nice. Location is amazing. The hotel team was the real highlight.

Nice hotel, very nice spa. My phone didn’t work in my room and my tub would not drain. It was complicated to figure out how to turn off the lights while keeping the electricity on. I would stay again.

Hotel und Lage sind super. Leider war allerdings die Klimaanlage ausgefallen in beiden Zimmern. Das eine Zimmer konnte nicht mal übers Fenster wirklich belüftet werden. 26 Grad im Zimmer in einem 5 Sterne Hotel ohne Angebot einer Entschädigung war nicht so toll. Auch war einer der 2 Fahrstühle außer Betrieb. Das führte zu langen Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl. Im 6. Stock mit gehbehindertem Kind leider auch nicht so toll.

The hotel is just on gaensemarkt not far away from Jungfernstieg. The hotel is new, room is nice and large.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the amenities were up to standards for the price. However, they made some shortcuts when tidying up the room so I have to knock them for that particular service. Other than that, stay was good.

Ikke helt som vanligt 😔

Super fin og god indtjekning, hvor vi desværre fik værelse 716. Det betød ikke dækkende mørklægningsgardin, samt fest på tagterrasse lørdag nat, hvor vores værelse lige under. Det er vel 10. gang på SIDE og har altid været ovenud tilfreds, men lidt laissez faire denne gang desværre 😔.

Super beliggenhed

Meget pænt og flot hotel med en super lækker restaurant og god beliggenhed. Lidt skuffet over “spa-afdelingen” som egentlig bare består af en lille pool og et damprum og sauna. Vi havde forventet, at boblebadet i det mindste ville være opvarmet og lidt mere plads til den størrelse hotel.
