The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, the AC is not that powerful (if that matters to you), so that it can get a little warm. The staff are amazing and the breakfast is very delicious (but a little pricey). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel in a great location near to all the sights in Hamburg. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, room was great, bed comfortable. I think the price was very expensive considering breakfast was not included and was an additional €24-36 per day depending on the choice. In total for 3 nights stay including breakfast was €929...I feel there is far better value for money in the market which has breakfast included!

Great hotel, highly recommend

My family - two adults, two teens - loved everything about this hotel. The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere but had easy access to the underground trains - especially good as we were on the line that took us directly from the airport within 30 minutes. Great service at breakfast, very helpful reception staff. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. Bathroom was a little small with no bath, but that would be my only complaint.

Positive: the location and the breakfast buffet. Negative: a strong odor on all hallways and stairs, nobody could exlain it or get rid of it during my 14 hour stay. An open ceiling in my room which I believe was from someone working of the heating which did not work properly either. I fell for this hotel because it is part of the Marriott family.

Best hotel in Hamburg, have stayed many times before, this time in a room with a connecting door to the adjacent room. Although the connecting door was closed (and locked of course) you could hear everything going on in adjacent room occupied by a family with small children. We were out Friday evening and wanted to sleep late Saturday morning, but we were woken up by the children; no fault of theirs or their parents. It is want it is, and it is an easy fix: next time we will ask to have a room that does not have a connecting door to the next room. Everyone are so nice and I am sure that had we complained they worked have changed the room for us. We are coming back for sure..!!
