Very well located, next to the subway station and several Hamburg attractions. Can walk to the Elbphilharmonie. Rooms are fine, a bit on the small side. The reception attendant in the evenings was very accommodating, the rest were less friendly. Would stay there again.

Excellent choice in Hamburg. The bar area by the reception is the best! Gian Paolo makes excellent drinks, good ambiance and decoration. The only drawback was the construction work being done on the sidewalks in front of the hotel, but this should be finished soon.

My stay at premier inn on was an absolute disaster due to shockingly unprofessional staff. Upon arrival, I was brusquely told my Expedia reservation was invalid because “Expedia is a third-party company” and they had no room available . This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. When I tried to resolve this by making a direct reservation, the staff’s rude and dismissive attitude was infuriating. After much hassle, it turned out my Expedia booking was valid all along—a fact they should’ve confirmed from the start. This incompetence and hostility ruined the experience. Premier inn needs a serious overhaul in staff training and reservation handling. Avoid this place until they get their act together.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und auch U-Bahn Stationen und Bushaltestellen sehr gut erreichbar. Wir konnten auch sehr viel fußläufig erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren alle sehr nett. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, per Nachricht schon eine Information zu erhalten, dass an unserem Anreisetag die Option eines früheren Check-In möglich ist und die Anfrage evtl schon hinterlegt ist. Denn ich musste vor Ort erst nochmal genauer nachfragen, bis der Mitarbeiter es angeboten hat für den wirklich geringeren Aufwandpreis, den wir gern entrichteten. Auch wurde mir ein falscher Betrag abgezogen, denn ich hatte bereits weit im Vorfeld das Hotel voll bezahlt. Hier waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und wir haben schnell eine Rückbuchung gemacht. Fehler können passieren, der Umgang damit war wirklich super. Hotel war sehr sauber und wir hatten ein schönes 3 Bett Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz für die 4 Tage. Wir baten am 2. Tag um frische Handtücher, die wir auch prompt bekamen. Es wäre nur toll gewesen, wären die benutzten auch schon mitgenommen worden, störte uns aber nicht so arg. Die Klimaanlage hat vermutlich aufgrund der Hitzewelle nicht ganz so gut arbeiten können, nachts war s schon sehr warm. Aus Sicherheitsgründen lassen sich Fenster nicht öffnen. Bestimmt ist es comfortabler, wenn nicht gerade 38 Grad draußen sind. Würde jederzeit wieder ins Premier Inn, wenn ich nach Hamburg komme.

Vid ankomst på kvällen upptäcktes att sängen inte var ren (det låg hår i den), varpå jag gick ner i receptionen. Personalen där bad inte om ursäkt, utan verkade tycka att jag var krånglig som klagade. Fick dock efter lite dividerande ett nytt rum som var rent. Det var ett hörnrum där solen låg på hela dagen, så AC:n gjorde ingen större skillnad. Det fanns också en konstig fläck på golvet. Frukosten helt ok. Också bra förvaring av väskorna efter att man checkat ut. Personalen på morgonen var trevligare! Hotellet är också bra placerat med U-bahn precis utanför och gångavstånd till stora shoppinggatan och/eller Hafen-området. På 7:e våningen stördes man inte av byggarbete utanför eller bilarna runt omkring.
