Location was a bit tricky- but well worth the effort! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Great shower and air conditioning (yep we stayed during the heatwave). The staff is both helpful and friendly! A++ breakfast buffet

Excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff!! Room has soft pillows and bed, really comfortable. Had a good night sleep after the conference. Tea station on the room and very nice smelling soap.

All very simple at check in and check out. Good bedroom and nice bedding and bed. I wasn’t too impressed with the translucent shower/wall into the bedroom. If it was me and my wife it would have been fine but I was sharing a room with my 24 yo son so it was awkward. For most people I recognise this will not be an issue. But on this occasion it was for me.

No telephone connection to Reception. No emergency pull cord in bathroom. These are both important for older guests, who might need to contact someone in an emergency, for example, in case of falling in their room. Reception staff were helpful and gave me a telephone number to call if needed, but until that point, as an older person, albeit a very fit one, I felt unsafe at night. Terrible location, given all the road works nearby.

Hatten zwei Zimmer. Eins zum Hof und eins zur Straße. Üblich klein für ein Stadthotel. Wenig Möglichkeiten seinen Koffer auch auszupacken. In den Tagen (Mi. - So.) wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal geputzt. Handtücher hätte man an der Rezeption neue holen können. Klimaanlage im Zimmer zum Hof raus war anfangs defekt und wurde nach Reklamation behoben. Zum Hof tagsüber teilweise Baulärm (in der Früh nicht so schön). Zur Straße raus leider Abends/Nachts viel Stadtlärm (Rumgegröle, aufheulende Motoren, etc.). TV nicht smart und kann nur lineares Fernsehen, wobei es hierbei durch die Wand zu Verbindungsproblemen alle 30-90 Sekunden kam. Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen. Unterer Standard. Aber erfüllt seinen Zweck wenn alternativlos.

Das Premier Inn Berliner Tor ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist immer super hilfsbereit , die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm! Sehr guter Schlafkomfort. Das Frühstück ist gut, ab und an fehlt etwas beim nachlegen, aber es mangelt dennoch an nichts. Auch die Bar ist empfehlenswert! Gerne wieder!

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl, guter Kaffeeautomat, er schafft auch Espresso. Frische Früchte, gutes Müsli; leider sehr wenige Bio-Produkte. Freundliches Personal. Das Standard-Zimmer eher klein, aber teilweise clever eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es hat aber sehr wenig Stauraum für Kleider.

Super zentral, in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen. Man findet Ruhe nach einem Ausflug in der trubeligen Stadt. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende genau das Richtige. Preis/Leistung stimmt auch.

Goed hotel voor een paar dagen verblijf in Hamburg. Goede mogelijkheden openbaar vervoer en dichtbij centrum. Hotelkamer schoon en praktisch ingericht. Alles oogde vrij nieuw. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Laura die de incheck bij mij deed, doet dat uitstekend. Ontbijt is voldoende, redelijk basic. De tweede dag zag ik wel wat stagnering in het aanvullen van het brood. Prijs/kwaliteit prima
