Excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff!! Room has soft pillows and bed, really comfortable. Had a good night sleep after the conference. Tea station on the room and very nice smelling soap.

Goed hotel voor een paar dagen verblijf in Hamburg. Goede mogelijkheden openbaar vervoer en dichtbij centrum. Hotelkamer schoon en praktisch ingericht. Alles oogde vrij nieuw. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Laura die de incheck bij mij deed, doet dat uitstekend. Ontbijt is voldoende, redelijk basic. De tweede dag zag ik wel wat stagnering in het aanvullen van het brood. Prijs/kwaliteit prima
