Appears to be set up for overnight stay.as we stayed 4 nights, not enough tea and coffeein room. Had to ask at reception every day and only given 1 nights supply. No food served although hotel has food menus everywhere. Staff helpfull ordering taxis.

Værelset var ok, men vi havde forventet, at baren var åben. Det var den så ikke - lørdag aften - og baren var en af årsagerne til at vi havde valgt dette hotel. Hotellet var fuldt booket, tror jeg, så uanset årsag - det fik vi nemlig ikke noget at vide om - så er det ikke ok til prisen for værelset ikke at have baren åben. Vi var sammen med venner og havde regnet ned at bruge baren - værelserne er ikke store nok til at sidde og hygge sig 4 voksne. Så det trækker ned i vores opfattelse af hotellet.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Frühstücksbereich eng und überlaufen. Die Betten waren sehr schmal und die Schlafcouch für die Kinder war viel zu hart. Ich schlafe gerne auf harten Matratzen aber die Schlafcouch war quasi ein Holzbrett mit Bezug. Die Lage war okay, U Bahn Nähe war gut, ansonsten fußläufig zu weit von den schönen Locations in Hamburg, war hetzt nicht wirklich wie der Name vermuten lässt sehr nah an der Alster.Snack Automat und ein Aufzug alle Tage defekt. Keine Katastrophe, würde in Hamburg aber nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Endlich ein Cappuccino der etwas kräftiger ist und nicht nach Plürre schmeckt.
