The location is not bad, reachable to restaurants. However, the area around the hotel is a bit busy and dirty. Overall is not bad for the price.

Absolutely disgusting, we are talking about a hotel situated in Germany, European country, the hotel is outdated, beds are uncomfortable and the hotel breakfast is not edible. We booked two double bedrooms, the room only had two single beds, they joined it together but without joining clips, the window had a roof which anyone could climb, so couldn’t open the window. The reception staff are not helpful at all, they don’t seem to care. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Good hotel in centre of Billstedt

Good hotel in Billstedt centre. Close to the company I visited. Close also to U-bahn to Hamburg centre and a small shopping mall close by. Rooms ok for the price but it was warm in my room and no AC so had to adjust with open windows.

Vor Carona war ich schon Gast. Ich erkenne eine starke Verbesserung heute ( Mai 25 ) ! Ich hoffe die vielen kleinen Mängel finden Mitarbeiter des Hauses ! Bei mir im Zimmer war / ist der Duschkof falsch ( aber sehr fest ) montiert ! Die Matratzen für mich waren prima, sehr gut geschlafen ! Raucherecke in der Etage ist ne Katastrophe ( zieht in die Etage ) Personalraucherecke unten stinkt fürchterlich ! Sauberkeit, Frühstücksraum stark verbessert !

Ich habe kürzlich einige Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung – die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, und auch die Ausstattung im Allgemeinen macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Allerdings muss ich ein großes Manko ansprechen: die Aufzugssituation. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe (10 Stockwerke) stehen lediglich zwei sehr kleine und extrem langsame Aufzüge zur Verfügung. Diese werden zudem auch vom Reinigungspersonal genutzt, was zu erheblichen Wartezeiten führt – besonders zu Stoßzeiten am Morgen oder späten Nachmittag. Es kam mehrfach vor, dass man mehrere Minuten warten musste, bis überhaupt ein Aufzug kam – und dieser war dann oft bereits voll oder durch Servicepersonal belegt. Gerade in einem großen Hotel sollte man erwarten können, dass die Aufzugskapazität ausreichend ist, um Gäste zügig und komfortabel zu befördern. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.
