Most staff were friendly. Lots of selection at breakfast. Clean hotel and room. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure with lots of hot water. Minor issue if you are sensitive to Indian cooking smells you may not like this hotel as the restaurant features Indian food.

Good value for a very low price

We have stayed at far better hotels and the breakfast was so-so (in a nice room though) but service was fine and the price was so low that it was execelent value for money ! And parking was cheap and easy at the back of the hotel.

The hotel is fine, clean with a very friendly staff. The neighbourhood is a bit ruf. It is quiet a journey to go to the city center by public transport. But if you travel by car it is no problem. A nice hotel to stay for a few days to visit Hamburg!

The water was hot and had good pressure. Not really much else to write about. There was also an odd smell of burning rubber in the eatery way of the area my room was in. It was very hot in the room and lots of spiders.

We booked a room that would sleep 5 people and then arrived very late due to a delayed train. They gave us 2 rooms instead of one, which would have been fine except that each room had only 2 single beds. There was no where for our 5th person to sleep. I had to beg for a pillow and blanket so that I could make my daughter a bed on the floor. This process took an additional 30 minutes after an already very long day. But, breakfast was good and the place was nice overall. It was easy to get back the the train via bus in the morning.

The recepcionist that attended when we arrive in the afternoon was not friendy and she gavd us a room in the floor that smelled very bad, when we arrived at night we didnt know how to entry the hotel and altough she was there at the recepcion and coul see and hear us coming, she didn't help us. The recepcionist from the morning was very kindly and changed us to another room on the 4th floor, that room was ok. The breakfast was very good. We had also problems at the parkplace, because there was a big truck parked at the corner and it got very difficult for me to get the car out of the parkplace, I also informed the recepcionist of the afternoon but she didn't do anything.When we arrived later the truck was still there.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hause. Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit ist gut. Leider hat sich das Hotel aber in den letzten Jahren nicht entwickelt. Man hat den Eindruck, es ist einfach 10 Jahre gealtert, ohne Pflege, ohne Liebe. Über eine Hofeinfahrt gelangt man zum Eingang. Links auf dem Nebengrundstück begrüßen einen Müllansammlungen der Nachbarn. Auch am Eingang selber stehen Mülltonnen. Die Markise ist dreckig, alt und unansehnlich. Unser Zimmer war beides Male lieblos eingerichtet. Keine Deko, altbackene Möbel, das nötigste. Sorry. Aber ein drittes Mal werden wir hier nicht nächtigen.

Es war sehr nervig. Bei der gebruchten Wohnung fur 3 nachten ist alles schief gelaufen. Uns wurde eine vernuftige Alternative angeboten, was auf Kosten anderer ging. Es wurder Unwahrheit gesagt und das Personal an der Rezeption beschuldigte sich gegenseitig und sie waren unfreundlich. Die Parkgebuhren mussten wir nicht als Entschadigung bezahlen. Das Fruhstuck war gut. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Alles OK Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sauber. Für ein Städtetrip gut geeignet. Preis Leistung ist OK. Würden wir wieder buchen. Wir haben das Hotel genutzt um am nächsten Tag zum AIDA Anleger Steinwerder zu fahren.
