Leo the gentleman that checked me in made me feel welcome the minute I stepped up to the counter. Excellent hotel overall. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Hamburg and also recommend the hotel to friends and family

Lovely, modern and excellent service

Excellent service, unique. We had a small issue with our room, a really small thing and nothing to complain about really. We mentioned it to reception when we were leaving and were given a free ride to the airport for any inconvenience. Never been treated so nice!

Shortcomings in the room

Several shortcomings in room amenities compared to other hotels; no coffee or tea available, no body lotion and conditioner for use and no room service from the restaurant (however a service minded waitress was kind to bring the food over from the hotel restaurant).

No room service but friendly receptionist

The rooms are cute but for premium room I expected a larger room.There was no room service.I had to change the bin myself and there was no room service to call through the phone service room.I had to go downstairs.No free water to drink and they told me difference between premium room and normal room is premium has free water/tea but no tea bags in the room nor water.They said 2 bottles of water are free.No info about car picking you up from and to airport for 5 euros.Paid for cab and found out last day there is a car to and from airport.Hotel is in a remote area with no restaurants around.Came late and there was no food to buy and no restaurants nearby.They did not change bedsheets and said room service is in a couple of days.Even the towels were not changed unless you tell them.Said there is nowhere to plug the phones in the room.Good thing is the receptionist guy is very friendly and helpful. Otherwise I never been in a hotel with no room service for that price is not worth it.

Sehr netter Check-In, modernes Zimmer. Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben. Zimmer gut isoliert, man hört kein Flugverkehr. Leider war der Fernseher kaputt, wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln. Das war dann allerdings keins mehr mit 2 Einzel-Betten wie gebucht. Im neuen Zimmer ließ sich die Badezimmertür nicht schließen. Die Lage zum Airport ist jedenfalls ideal.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. First things first the staff was great! Very friendly and personable. The lobby is beautiful. The room is well equipped with all essentials. The twin beds are a bit narrow but were comfortable for us. The drive to downtown is very doable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
