We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest.

Very good property. The rooms are great. The location is exceptional. Maybe the only complaint is that breakfast was very crowded at 9:00 AM. That said, this would be my go to hotel in Hamburg every time.
