Ideal for a fast stay in Hamburg

Very nice hotel, ideal if you just need a nice place to stay overnight without spending any extra time in the Hamburg city traffic. Easy to access from the highway. Nice comfy rooms and great breakfast.

Nice but noisy

Nice hotel with nice gym and breakfast. Lots of noise from Road and no aircondition. The room had a door to the room next door and when the couple Living the arrived in the middle of the night they sound when straight through and they kept us awake for more than an hour

This is a hotel on the external highway ring of Hamburg so convenient if you need to stop on your way to other locations. It’s quite old and without air conditioning, which at a the time of our stay in August was an issue. We had to keep the window open so we heard all the noises from the highway. We also used a very old-fashioned ventilator - which did not help much. Breakfast is average. Parking slot has a fee.

Not what I expected.. I paid for a double comfort room, at first they put me in a disabled room, I complained and they moved me to a room with 2 single beds. Over priced and totally out of the way, nothing near. I even got charged for a car which I never had. Never again

Falsely misleading room, disrespect Expedia

The comfort triple is falsely misleading, with a double bed, plus a sofa bed lying low, unfit for elder people. Our request to have a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor was intentionally ignored, assigning us a first level room. We wanted a quiet room, instead our room faces to the side where main highway traffic gives constant noise throughout the night. Apart from these, the hotel itself is not upto the 4-star category. The facilities are dated. There are no amenities in the room. Even toothbrush and razers have to be purchased.

Udmærket morgenmad, fint receptionsområde med bar etc. Godt værelse med gode senge. Dejligt min søns sovesofa var slået ud og klar da vi ankom. Dejligt med vand på værelset. Badeværelset stank af urin, desværre. Fin beliggenhed - 10-12 min. Til centrum i bil.

Trevligt och fint hotell med busshållplats utanför dörren. Lite lantligt med fina omgivningar. Bra frukost. Hjälpsam personal. Enda nackdelen är ljudet från motorvägen utanför om fönstret är öppet, annars tyst. Bra med laddstation för bilen.

Gode forhold - Manglende service

Vi har overordnet set haft en dejlig overnatning. Plus + for fint værelse og lækker morgenmad, som også kan imødekomme en baby på 11 måneder. Minus - for manglende babyseng (trods der står det er muligt og gratis uanset værelsestype) og ventetid på barnestol til morgenmaden (blev glemt).

Freundlicher Empfang, geräumiges Zimmer, im Zimmer gebrauchte Kaffeetasse, 1 Leselampe und Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Frühstück super, Abendessen dürftige Auswahl, im Rotwein 1 tote Fliege, die ich beim Trinken im Mund hatte. Es gab mit dem Personal Diskussionen, ob die Fliege vor oder nach dem Servieren im Glas war....letztendlich gab es ein neues Glas Wein. Wegen der benutzten Kaffeetasse im Zimmer wollte man uns die Parkgebühr erlassen. Die hatte ich schon beim Einchecken bezahlt, so dass sich keiner animiert fühlte, uns das Geld zu erstatten. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, der Bus fährt nur 1x stündlich, von guter Anbindung kann keine Rede sein. Das Personal trug keine einheitliche Kluft, so dass man nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennen konnte, was Personal bzw Gast ist.
