This is a hotel on the external highway ring of Hamburg so convenient if you need to stop on your way to other locations. It’s quite old and without air conditioning, which at a the time of our stay in August was an issue. We had to keep the window open so we heard all the noises from the highway. We also used a very old-fashioned ventilator - which did not help much. Breakfast is average. Parking slot has a fee.

Not what I expected.. I paid for a double comfort room, at first they put me in a disabled room, I complained and they moved me to a room with 2 single beds. Over priced and totally out of the way, nothing near. I even got charged for a car which I never had. Never again

Falsely misleading room, disrespect Expedia

The comfort triple is falsely misleading, with a double bed, plus a sofa bed lying low, unfit for elder people. Our request to have a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor was intentionally ignored, assigning us a first level room. We wanted a quiet room, instead our room faces to the side where main highway traffic gives constant noise throughout the night. Apart from these, the hotel itself is not upto the 4-star category. The facilities are dated. There are no amenities in the room. Even toothbrush and razers have to be purchased.
