Impressive in many ways

I’ve stayed in quite a few Leonardo hotels and this is really impressive. The reception staff are quick and personable. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. I also had the breakfast which had an extensive choice and was well worth the price. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Wir haben dort nicht gefrühstückt, weswegen wir nur das Zimmer bewerten können. Es war sauber, mit geräumigen Bad, gemütlichen Bett und ruhig. Alles super. Man kann entweder für 19,-€ im Parkhaus parken oder mit etwas Glück einen kostenfreien Parkplatz an der Straße ergattern.

Ich weiß nicht, woher die vielen guten Bewertungen kommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und das Frühstück und Essen am Abend war wirklich nicht gut. Außerdem machte uns ein Mitarbeiter in Privatklamotten Kaffee und ständig sieht man jemanden von ihnen essen. Was gut war: die Sauberkeit und freundlich waren auch alle. Aber alles eben mit Abstrichen. Wir haben für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück knapp 400€ gezahlt, da haben wir schon weniger bezahlt und besser genächtigt.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit üppigem Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders die Zimmer sind sehr modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Einzig die Lage zur nächsten S/U-Bahn ist recht weit und eher mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip in Hamburg.
