Convenient, comfortable but

Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated. Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld. A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

Nice quiet hotel in a residential area! Old building but has an elevator, long winding corridor to my room but had everything I needed including parking! Very helpful staff and a pleasant two day stay, slept in on the first night, tired after a long drive. Had a concert to go to in Hamburg so staye the second night and drove up to Copenhagen the following day! Perfect…

Nach Ankunft gab es in unserem Zimmer keinen Strom. Wie sich dann herausstellte war das ganze Stockwerk betroffen und ein Techniker wurde angefordert. Wir waren dann zum Essen und nach Rückkehr war zwar wieder Strom verfügbar, aber kein warmes Wasser ließ sich der Dusche entlocken. Auch am folgenden Morgen war nur kaltes Wasser vorhanden. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption bestätigen andere Gäste dass sie auch betroffen waren. Unser Hinweis wurde mit einem Lächeln quittiert ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Eine Überprüfung seitens Expedia fänden wir angemessen.

Nettes Personal. Mein Fahrrad konnte ich sicher in einem Nebenraum verschließen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr gut und würde laufend aufgefüllt. Ausreichend Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Im Innenhof konnte man im Grünen sitzen. Umgebung ist ruhig und ein großer Wald und ein Edeka sind in Minuten-Gehweite. Leider war das WLAN im Nebengebäude ausgefallen - brauchte ich aber auch nicht. Bisschen schade war, dass ich den Fernseher ohne WLAN nicht zum Laufen bekam. Teotzdem: ein Hotel, in das ich gerne wiederkommen würde.
