The room is very efficient, small but good. Staff is very kind & spoke English. The towels are bare thin & scratchy & the carpets seem dirty but overall maintenance is ok. If you don’t choose a reservation with the extra fee so you can cancel you are stuck with the whole price from the minute you book. No changes no cancellation even months in advance. Our flights changed & we lost 2 nights & they wouldn’t do anything nor would Expedia. It’s extortion

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel is very close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. In 20 minutes you are at the harbor with the U-Bahn. Room and hotel was clean. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There is a bakery near by and we went there for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with good prices The receptionist is kind and helpful too. The breakfast is fine and covers everything you need. Location is great too and close to many supermarkets and restaurants and train and bus service. There is a large carpark near to it which connects nicely to the hotel via basement-2. Howeyit costs 18 euro per day.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your property. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the cleaning crew had not taken the trouble to ensure that the soap and shampoo dispensers were filled. Comfortable and Convenient

We chose this fairly new hotel because it was within walking distance of the home of my niece and her family, whom we were visiting. It turned out to be a great location - close to a train station (local and regional service) and with lots of eateries, groceries, drug stores and other conveniences nearby. The room didn't have a lot of space for clothes - I think the hotel caters to conferences and other short stays - and one day we had to ask three times for fresh towels when housekeeping forgot to leave them for us; but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Professionel bed making - cozy room.

The Hotel is new and it is situated by a station which is very practical. I really appreciate that I was welcomed 1 hour before check in time. Thank you for that. I want to give credit to the hotel: they make the bed in a proper way - the sheet is tied around the matress (not the duvet!). Nice beds. Overall a cozy room. The breakfast room is nice. Most of the breakfast is fine - only the bread and rolls are not ok - they really need a quality update.
