Leider Parkplatz nicht kostenlos für Gäste. Der Raum hat schlechte Luftung. Auf der Website steht Fitnessbereich, aber ist nicht wahr. Es ist nur mit €10 verbunden mit anderem Fitness Ort neben Hotel. Es sollte vielleicht in der Website genauer erklärt werden. Zudem ist die Tür zum Hotel Lobby defekt. Getränkautomat war auch außer Betrieb. Wir würden vielleicht in Zukunft das Hotel in anderem Bezirk noch die Chance geben. Aber in diesem Ort werden wir nicht nochmal gehen.

Der Duschwasser-Abfluss funktionierte nicht und so ueberflutete nicht nur das Bad, sondern der gesamte Eingangsbereich ind ein Teil des Schlafbereichs. Mein Koffer und die darin befindlichen Sachen wurden klatschnass, was sehr unangenehm war, da ich eine sehr weite Flugreise nach Fernost vor mir hatte und das Gepaeck nass und eventuell beschaedigt/verschmelt ankommen wird. Was mich aber am meisten veraergerte war, dass ich ersten den Zimmerservice anrief und niemand antwortete, dann die Rezeption anrief und niemand antwortete, und dann die Taste "Emergency" waehlte und wieder keine Reaktion/Antwort bekam. Wie kann es sein, dass man in einem Zimmer fuer Mobilitaetsbehinderte bei einem Notruf ignoriert wird? Ich haette ja auch einen Stromschlag bekommen koennen, weil mein Laptop auf dem Fussboden am Laden war und "beinahe" auch unter Wasser gewesen waere. Was macht das Hotel, wenn ein Gast einen lebensbedrohlichen Notfall hat? Ignorieren und hinterher sagen: "Sorry!" Ich werde gewiss nicht wiederkommen. Das Personal hatte soweit ich beurteilen kann keine Schuld, denn die machen nur das, was ihnen gesagt wird. Zudem war der Rezeptionist wirklich sehr freundlich. Aber das Management sollte die Prioritaeten ueberdenken ...

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Lage sowie die Verkehrsanbindung sind sehr gut. Leider sind die übrigen Aspekte weniger positiv. Das Personal im Hotel ist insgesamt nicht sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist im Verhältnis zum Preis teuer, bietet aber nur eine geringe Auswahl. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Gäste aus mehr Speisen wählen könnten. Am schlechtesten ist die Parksituation. Bei der Nutzung des Parkplatzes wäre eine bessere Zusammenarbeit mit dem Parkplatzbetreiber notwendig. Außerdem ist die Schalldämmung zu den Nachbarzimmern unzureichend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel is very close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. In 20 minutes you are at the harbor with the U-Bahn. Room and hotel was clean. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There is a bakery near by and we went there for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Solides Hotel, Betten waren gut, Zimmer wird nur auf Wunsch gereinigt (sonst erst nach 3 Tagen), Öffis direkt daneben, dadurch ist man schnell in der Stadt. Mit dem Personal hatten wir keine Berührungspunkte, weil wir am Automaten eingecheckt haben. Abends sind etwas dunkle Gestalten unterwegs gewesen, daher sind wir lieber im Hotel geblieben. Alles in allem eine gute Möglichkeit etwas bezahlbarer Hamburg zu besuchen.
