Clean and large room, good breakfast and super easy connectio to airport, City central and all around Lake Alster. Friendly staff and good valuen for money. Especially enjoyed the air conditioning in the room that you can set yourself.

Large room, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. I had a courtyard room but I still quite enjoyed the quiet away from the street. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Brilliant!

Comfortable and Convenient

We chose this fairly new hotel because it was within walking distance of the home of my niece and her family, whom we were visiting. It turned out to be a great location - close to a train station (local and regional service) and with lots of eateries, groceries, drug stores and other conveniences nearby. The room didn't have a lot of space for clothes - I think the hotel caters to conferences and other short stays - and one day we had to ask three times for fresh towels when housekeeping forgot to leave them for us; but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Solides Hotel, Betten waren gut, Zimmer wird nur auf Wunsch gereinigt (sonst erst nach 3 Tagen), Öffis direkt daneben, dadurch ist man schnell in der Stadt. Mit dem Personal hatten wir keine Berührungspunkte, weil wir am Automaten eingecheckt haben. Abends sind etwas dunkle Gestalten unterwegs gewesen, daher sind wir lieber im Hotel geblieben. Alles in allem eine gute Möglichkeit etwas bezahlbarer Hamburg zu besuchen.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your property. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the cleaning crew had not taken the trouble to ensure that the soap and shampoo dispensers were filled. They clearly had not be replenished in a very long time. I was also surprised that the room - supposedly a business room - did not have tea/coffee making facilities.

Me eerste verblijf in het intercityhotel, was geweldig! Hele aardige personeel en makkelijk kunnen inchecken online! Als je in Hamburg verblijft voor eerste keer overnacht dan bij het intercity hotel scheelt heel veel! S bahn/u bahn is heel erg in de buurt!
