Great view of the water (if you get a water view), great repurposing of a warehouse, and the location is good too. Robotic parking garage is very modern. Airplane like bathroom and shower suction plumbing is loud. Use of keypad entry codes for rooms is needlessly complicated. Access to lobby and parking is cumbersome.

When checking in the door code did not work. Also the room was quite «rough» and there was much noise, and every time someone nearby flushed the toilet you hear the pumps.

Simply too noisy

I stayed here because of the convenient location during a business event I was attending. Parking with a large car was impossible, I had to park in the nearby Holzhafen Parkhaus which was much better. Noise level within the building is terrible, noisiest room I have stayed in in years. They use some sort of vacuum drainage system for toilets, sink and shower, sounds like in an airplane. The problem is, you can hear it very well from adjacent rooms as well. People walking upstairs or in the hallways, sound like they are walking right next to you. Not a fan of carpets in general but honestly this hotel would need carpets to make the noise level acceptable. The room was modern and fairly clean, no complaints there. I don't think I would stay here again. Service was ok, not super friendly but not too bad either.

Die Aussicht von der Frühstückstasse ist ungeschlagen und das Frühstück an sich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Zimmer zur Elbe und zum Hafen sind ein Traum. Cool Aussicht und ein frischer Wind, da mag man das Zimmer kaum verlassen.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt an der Elbe mit Blick auf den Hafen. Dies ist auch der Blick vom Restaurant. Standardzimmer sehr klein, Industrial Style muss man mögen... :-) Kommen gerne wieder!

Nehir manzaralı oa seçtim. Bu oteli tercih etme sebebim nehir manzarasıydı. Eğer bu sizin için önemli değilse bu otelde kalmanızı önermiyorum. Kendimi gemide gibi hissettim. Konforlu değildi, temizlik tatmin edici değildi. Kahvaltı yaparken sandalyelerin silindiği bezle masaların silindiğini gördüm ve bu hoşuma gitmedi. Kahvaltı da iyi değildi. Bu otelde güzel olan tek şey nehir manzarası. Bir daha tercih etmem.

Preis für die Ausstattung/Grösse des Zimmers leider zu hoch. Die Lautstärke der Abwasseranlage sehr hoch und gerade beim Duschen sehr nervig. Frühstück ok, Preis aber auch hier zu hoch angesetzt. Man zahlt definitiv die Lage des Hotels/für den Preis haben wir schon in besser ausgestatteten Hotels übernachtet. Zum Betreten des Zimmers wird ein Code benötigt, leider mussten wir mehrfach erleben, dass Diese Codes vom Personal beim Betreten eines Zimmers laut vorgelesen wurden, hier sollte das Personal dringenst besser geschult werden.

Im großen und Ganzen war alles perfekt , die Anreise war nicht so erfreulich da man um ins “Parkhaus” zu kommen eine Nummer anrufen muss und dann jemand kommt der dich zu einer Park Garage bringt , leider war unter dieses Nummer auch nach mehreren Anrufen niemand erreichbar , am hotel gibt es nur wenige Möglichkeiten außerhalb zu parken also musste ich ins hotel in den 8. Stock wo ich an der Rezeption leider auch ewig anstehen musste um zu fragen wie man denn jetzt in das Parkhaus kommt , nach langem rumtelefonieren schickten sie mich unter vor ein Garagen Tor wo ich nochmal einige Minuten waren musste bis endlich der verantwortliche kam … ist wohl nicht üblich das das so läuft aber war nach 8h Autofahren sehr ärgerlich, aber nach der Ankunft war alles super , essen im Hôtel Restaurant ist sehr wenig Auswahl aber sehr lecker , Angestellte sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen und Zimmer war eine 10/10 , Lärm war oke aber gab schon ein paar Momente wo es gestört hat , aber so ist eben das Stadt Leben in Hamburg da darf man sich eigentlich nicht wundern :) , Standort ist super um alles mögliche zu Fuß zu erreichen , Reeperbahn 15min , Miniatur Wunderland mit E-Scuter 12min (mit dem Auto nicht zu empfehlen

Der Zimmerservice hätte sich beim Betten machen etwas nehr Mühe geben können. Bad- bzw. Kosmetikutensilien wie Kleenex/Wattestäbchen/ Wattepads haben gefehlt. Ansonsten war das Hotel sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind bei offenem Fenster wegen der kopfsteingepflasterten Straße allerdings sehr laut. Trotzdem für einen Kurztripp nach HH empfehlenswert!

Schon der Empfang zum Parken sehr gut. Ist ja nicht so einfach große Autos nicht so geeignet aber Parkhaus nur 300 m entfernt. Das tollste alles mit Code und dann die Bar im 8.OG mit Blick auf den Hafen unglaublich. Preise moderat. wor kommen wieder. 🙋‍♂️💁‍♀️
