The hotel itself is very clean and in great condition. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and i felt took the extra effort to help you. However, no fault to the hotel itself, the location between the hotel and the 10min walk to Hamburg Central Station can be sketchy. I would suggest only doing in daylight and being congnizant of your surroundings. The hotel had great security.

Service in the reception was very friendly and fast. Nice breakfast with many specialities. Lobby area is comfortable and open with seating. Nice idea to have a self-service market in the lobby instead of minibar.

- Generally it was a nice experience. - The bed a bit hard for my liking though, but for most people it might be great. - The room was clean, bathroom too (though there was someones long black hairs on the wall in the shower (i have short, blond hair)). - The decor was a bit cold, dull and not very welcoming, but everything was as new. - checking in was okay even if the receptionist was not very welcoming. - hotel shop with snacks and necessities was smart. 👍 - Nice big window with view to the street/square. 👍 - Free safe in room. 👍 - fridge in room. 👍 - Location in short distance from shopping, designer shops, restaurants and cafés. 👍 - parking a bit expensive but easily accessible in the hotel basement.

The room was one of the best designed I have been in. The lighting is amazing . The bathroom is large and easy to use. There is a lot of natural light from large windows. Lots of storage and a great use of clothes hooks. There are wonderful bakeries nearby and a full supermarket nearby.
