Good points - close to station and transport links. 20-15 mins walk to main town centre. Room clean, warm, nicely decorated and very comfortable bed. Very quiet inside the hotel so not disturbed by other guests. Lovely powerful and hot shower with large cubicle and choice of rain shower or normal shower head. Friendly staff at checkin. Could improve - a heated towel rail or small radiator in the bathroom as the bathroom got very cold and towel didn't dry well. The stairs to the first floor are a bit awkward shape as steps very narrow on the side with the hand rail. A second hand rail fitted to the wall on the side with the wider step would be beneficial for safety. General - the hotel is split in two distinct buildings. My room was located in the second building so did not have a staffed presence at the door. On the first morning I went out around 6:45am and had to step over a rough sleeper. It's not the hotels fault and didn't disrupt my stay, but could intimidate some as it is likely to be where the entrance doesn't have a staff reception area. Note, the single room (103) was very small! The whole room was about the width of a double bed and just a bit longer than the single bed (the bathroom was probably bigger!). It might not suit everyone, but it still had everything I needed and I had a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Good location, just across Central station Capri ,Italian restaurant was good , near schauspielhaus threatre, ,10 min taxi to minitur wunderland worth going to see . Close to station , need to be cautious at night

There is small reception desk in 56 the room for solo is small but comfortable, the cleaning is very good, is a good place for short stay. Good for tourist. I give them a 8.5 / 10.

The property itself was great as well as the staff (plus they spoke English). While the location is great if you are travelling and need to take the train or bus early in the morning it is quit busy and loud.

Modern, clean and comfortable room. Perfect for a short stay and directly opposite Hamburg Hbf. The only downside was having to check in at Boutique 056 and smell in the entrance and stairway, possibly from the Italian or carpet!

Right next to Hamburg Station, and in a street of wonderful, varied restaurants, it fitted our need perfectly for evening arrival from Berlin on the train, and early morning departure to Hamburg airport.

Very good!

Very well located hotel, close to the main attractions and easy to walk to everywhere without needing a car. Small but comfortable room, clean bathroom and great size. The only negative points were the lack of parking and the very small lift.
