They send you to a room in a different hotel!

I had purposefully chosen boutique 56, rather than boutique 53 as I wanted to be able to check in and take my room straight away in the same building. With boutique 53 you have to check in at 56 then walk back to 53 and then fight your way through the people that they have sat at tables outside the door of 53 to get into 53. I was therefore rather disappointed that after having booked boutique 56 that I was sent to a room in 53.

Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht unserem gebuchten Zimmer - meine Kollegin kannte das Hotel und war bislang sehr zufrieden. So wurden wir in ein anderes Hotel mit einem viel zu kleinen Zimmer umquartiert ohne vorherige Info.

Für Kurztrips Tip top!

Unser Aufenthalt war kurz aber schön, wir haben eine Übernachtung gehabt. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber vom Hamburger Hbf, die s und U Bahn Station ist direkt vor Ort und auch zu Fuß zum Jungfernsteig ist es nicht weit. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Zu den Zimmer, diese hatten wir uns ehrlich gesagt etwas größer vorgestellt aber es war mehr als ausreichend und hat den Sinn und Zweck vollstens erfüllt. Für mehrere Nächte und ebenfalls zu zweit könnte es kuschelig werden, bezüglich Koffern etc. Bei der Sauberkeit kann man absolut nicht meckern Tip top! Der Service war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr geholfen bei Rückfragen und gut auf unseren Rucksäcke aufgepasst. Rund um kann ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen besonders für Kurztrips, aus den oben genannten Gründen. Ich freue mich bald wieder einzuchecken.

The location is good. It's close to the station. It's not bad to sleep for a day. The shower room is in the room. But it was uncomfortable because the bathroom was outside😨😨 But the staff was kind.

Close to central station. Very convenient but loud. Wanted to open window because there is no AC but couldn’t because room on the street was incredibly noisy. Everything else was as expected.

Das Hotel ist ok - Lage super, Einrichtung alt, Sauberkeit ok. Es riecht allerdings furchtbar nach Essen vom Restaurant unten drunter und da man die Fenster wegen dem Lärm von draußen besser nicht aufmachen sollte, war das alles eher schwierig. Für eine Nacht und wenn man vor allem wirklich nur zum Übernachten da ist, ausreichend, ansonsten zum Erholen oder Genießen absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr hübsches kleines ruhiges hotel

Es war sehr ruhig im hotel so das wur gut schlafen konnten ..das zimmer war auch total in ordnung für 3 sterne.. es wurde jeden tag gereinigt und die Betten neu überzogen..die Lage ist einfach perfekt..direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und sehr sehr nettes Personal dort.Dankeschön

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen

Centralt hotel, høflig personale, fint værelse med toilet og bad. Lidt varmt, kunne godt bruge en ventilator de varme dage. Til prisen rigtigt fint hotel og belligenheden er god, da det er lige over for hovedbanegården og rigtig mange oplevelser/seværdigheder er inden for gåafstand.

Wegen Corona musste ich zum Hotel Boutique 20 gehen, weil das Hotel Boutique 50 wegen Corona geschlossen war. Das Personal beim einchecken war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wunderschön. Allerdings wurden im Zimmer die Betten nicht gemacht und nur frische Handtücher gebracht.
