I was in Hamburg mainly to get a flight so this hotel is well positioned near the main station. It was simple, comfortable and pleasant.

Nice hotel just few minutes away from Hamburg railwaystation. Clean and comfy room. Friendly staff, but lack of english skills. Worth to book again!

A clean property which, in my room, suffered from many marks on the wall where previous guests had been careless with baggage. Nonetheless the room was clean and very quiet. The bathroom was also very clean,it was very small but everything worked as it should. Breakfast spread was fine. The hotel is a very short walk from Hamburg railway station and there are a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a short stay and remarkably good value.

Very noisy, no aircon but great location

Location of the hotel is excellent, however there was no aircon in the room. This would force you to keep one of the windows open, but this wouldn't let you sleep due to constant excessive noise.

Noisy at night. Roaming loud small groups of middle eastern men. Toward HBF and alster ok/ nicer, other directions dubious. I slept very little here. Not hotel's fault.

Gute Lage beim Hauptbahnhof. Trotzdem ruhig. Mein Einzelzimmer war schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war eine kleine, dunkle Kammer. Selten in so einem kleinen Zimmer gewesen. Das Bad war sehr gut und geräumig. Gutes Frühstück in schönem Ambiente.

I stayed in this hotel serval years ago under different name, the hotel has been deteriorating quite a bit. Good location right next to the train station, and many restaurants and bars near by.
