Friendly staff, clean but small room.

Good location close to Altona station (for trains to the South I think). Very friendly staff and clean room with plenty of hot water. Only negative was that the room was pretty small and the bed also quite small.

Sowohl der Check in als auch der Check out verliefen reibungslos. Die Zimmer werden nur auf Wunsch gereinigt. Der Kaffee und eine Flasche Wasser werden nur einmalig bereitgestellt. Die Zimmerreinigung ist gründlich. Im grossen und ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

This hotel was a positive surprise - super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom big and the windows could be fully opened. We booked it because we took an early train and it is right next to the station. Friendly and fast check in.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und praktisch für Aktivitäten da sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.Leider war mein Zimmer zur Straße. Sehr laut. Parkmöglichkeiten für PKW sehr gut. Schlafbeteich und Bad sehr beengt.

Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Das Einzelzimmer ist ziemlich klein und eng aber ok. Ein minimaler Nachteil; das Zimmer hat keinerlei automatische Lüftung, man kann einzig und allein durch die zwei Fenster lüften. Das könnte vorallem für warme Sommermonate ziemlich unangenehm sein. Fliegennetze sind dabei leider nicht vorhanden - wenn man da pingelig ist würde ich also nach einem alternativen Hotel suchen. Auf die Sauberkeit, so hatte zumindest ich das Gefühl, wurde viel Wert gelegt. Alles im allem verfügt das Zimmer alles was man braucht. Auf Anfrage wurde mir ebenfalls ein Bügeleisen zur Verfügung gestellt, dabei ist hervorzuheben, dass das Hotel Personal sehr freundlich und Serviceorientiert ist. Zur Lage: meiner Meinung nach eine Top Lage. Grade wenn man kein Frühstück dazugebucht hat, findet man auch hier reichlich Möglichkeiten um das Hotel herum sich zu verpflegen. Außerdem kann man von dem Hotel aus in fixen 8 Gehminuten und die kleine Innenstadt laufen um dort zu stöbern und zu shoppen. Andernfalls ist der Bahnhof direkt vor der Haustür und ist somit perfekt angebunden. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Ist gut gelegen zum Bahnhof Altona. Die Fenster halten den Lärm der Straße gut ab, die Wände hört man allerdings husten :-) Gutes Hotel, wenn man ein begabter Autofahrer ist, kann man auch den Parkplatz im Hof nutzen.
