Air conditioning didn’t cool, fan in the corner sounded like a tornado so couldn’t have it on while I slept, super warm in the room. Staff were nice but the room was terrible.

Hotel was clean and in a silent environment. strange was the shower was located within the sleeping room. best: bus stop was in front of the hotel, and it took us only 12 min. to reach the centre of Hamburg. The breakfast was not included. according homepage it could have been booked additionally for 14 € /p.p but in the hotel they asked for 18 €. so we chose to skip the additional booking.

Vi har glædet os til at besøge Hamborg og havde fundet et super hotel, ud fra billeder, beskrivelse og afstand… Men vi synes på ingen måde hotellet fremstod som vist eller beskrevet! Sengene føles fugtige og “uåndbare” det lugtede gammelt og indelukket, tros vinduet stod åbent da vi ankom… maden var bestemt heller ikke pengene værd, tarveligt udvalg og kedelig kvalitet… igen i forhold til prisen.. det er mit 4. ophold i Hamborg i år og den absolut ringeste oplevelse ud fra markedetføringen. De bedste hilsner Maria
