Never going back.

Air conditioning didn’t cool, fan in the corner sounded like a tornado so couldn’t have it on while I slept, super warm in the room. Staff were nice but the room was terrible.

Hotel was clean and in a silent environment. strange was the shower was located within the sleeping room. best: bus stop was in front of the hotel, and it took us only 12 min. to reach the centre of Hamburg. The breakfast was not included. according homepage it could have been booked additionally for 14 € /p.p but in the hotel they asked for 18 €. so we chose to skip the additional booking.

An der Unterkunft hat uns gefallen, dass sie gleich gegenüber einer Bushaltestelle, die in beiden Richtungen in die Stadt führt, lag. Das Zimmer war entsprechend gut. Wir waren bei über 30° in Hamburg und die Lüftung im Zimmer funktionierte nur bedingt. Aber es stand ein Ventilator im Zimmer. Das Frühstück fand ich für 20 € pro Person etwas teuer aber für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

Utrolig negativ personale. Man kom nemt til at føle sig lidt i vejen. Især den ældre herrer i receptionen. Hotellet generelt virkede til at være underbemandet, der var mange som forglemmelse over alt. Og voldsomt frustrerende at deres sauna kostede ekstra men dette var ikke oplyst inden bestilling
