Best hotel gym ever!

Best hotel gym, fitness center and spa. I will book it again. Gym is massive with all the machines you need.

I have been staying at the hotel a couple of times. And it seems it always has problems with the heating. The room was cold and it couldn’t get more than 20-21 degrees. Depending on were you room is can it be a bit noisy, I did stay close to the entrance this time. The spar and swimming pool is fantastic.

Too many kids in the spa area. The room was not clean, I doubt they used a vacuum cleaner. Usually it is better than this time.

Schade, dass die Mitarbeitenden sich gar nicht um unser Anliegen gekümmert haben. Es wurde einfach ignoriert. Das Bett war wirklich schlimm. Wir konnten kaum schlafen 3 Nächte lang. Für das Geld erwarte ich Service und Komfort. Der Spa ist wirklich toll

Nach mittlerweile 10 jährigem regelmäßigen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel mittlerweile ziemlich abgewohnt. Filteranlagen im Restaurant müssen ausgetauscht werden: auf der ersten Etage stinkt es fürchterlich nach Fett und Küche. Minibar ist nicht mehr gefüllt. Roomservice oder Restaurant: Fehlanzeige. Da gibt es in Hamburg zu günstigeren Preisen doch mittlerweile Besseres!
