Very convenient hotel in the heart of Hamburg. The room was big and the beds maybe a bit too hard for me, but overall a pleasant stay.

Very nice Hotel with very high Standard . Only thing missing is a Gym and a Sauna . Super location in Sant Pauli .

Great staff, very welcoming. room was a good size, very good location. downsides were the curtain in the room was falling off the rail and the wifi was very weak in the room (although you can ask for a password to an addtional wifi network)

Quite a nice hotel and location. There were some problems with the shower that didn't work properly (the water temperature kept changing by itself) and the breakfast was a bit boring and tame. But overall I would recommend the hotel.

The room was clean and modern. The wifi signal was so weak it didn't work at all. We had to spend extra money on an esim just to be connected. Disappointing for a hotel that offers wifi inclusive with your room. The lock on the shower door was broken so you had to hold it closed with your foot when you showered so you didn't flood the room. Good location.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts negatives zu diesem Hotel zu sagen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind super, ebenso das reichhaltige Frühstück. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Preis, der ist meiner Meinung nach etwas zu hoch.

Gute Lage für fussläufige Erkundungen in Hamburg, Parkhaus mit Contipark Karte konkurrenzlos günstig, Check In leider schlecht organisiert (trotz großem Andrang keine Verstärkung an der Rezeption, daher lange Wartezeit). Zimmer ausreichend groß und angenehm. Frühstücksbuffet in Nebengebäude, von der Auswahl ausreichend, aber aufgrund der Anordnung der Tische und Anzahl Gäste sehr unruhig und laut.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe, sind sie Teppichböden im Zimmer aber ansonsten war alles wirklich super. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.
