“Stayed in this hotel as it was £10-£20 cheaper than others in the area and I was only staying on a brief stop over. My advice if you're thinking about it too - DON'T. However there was one member of staff in the laundry room who came across like she couldn’t be bothered helping when I asked her for a clean towel for the swimming pool area because the one she pointed me towards smelt really damp so I wanted a clean one and she just ignored me so I helped myself.
