A plethora of breakfast options were offered every morning. In the evening, snacks and drinks were provided for a few hours in the lounge. A person could easily spend the whole day here. You'll be fed, there's a pool and spring, a shop on the first floor, free drinks. This place is well worth your $$. We felt very well taken care of. We are likely coming back on our next trip to Japan.

A spa hotel 30 min away from the center

This is a spa hotel with mineral baths, excellent food and drinks. It's a bit far from the center of Hamamatsu city (30 min by taxi), but it worth the drive. Service is excellent. Executive lounge with free drinks on the top floor is supper nice (you need to stay in the executive room to have access). The only minor issue - no aircon in the corridors of the top floors. The aircon in the room worked perfectly.

They server breakfast and lunch with no food options in-between. nothing at all the closest place to get food is a 7-11 that is quite a walk away. the pool is nice but shuts down frequently for no reason. they havea ping pong room but again it is only open fro a few hours after 3pm. therre is a lot of time with nothing do do with your kids which is not great.

部屋の広さや清潔感、アメニティとスタッフの応対などは悪くはなかったのですが、宿泊者数に対して食事や温泉、エグゼクティブラウンジ等のパブリック設備のキャパシティが足りていない印象を受け、不満が残りました。 レストランではスタッフによる座席の誘導までが無く、宿泊者による席取り合戦状態でしたし、ビュッフェカウンターもとても混雑していました。落ち着く食事ができず、温泉の利用も夜は諦め、早朝に利用しました。 エグゼクティブラウンジも混んで落ち着く雰囲気では無く、できればファミリーの利用とそれ以外で席を分けるなどの配慮が欲しかったです。 欧米系外資系ホテルですが、オペレーションは大衆旅館的で、残念ながら期待したサービスレベルではありませんでした。
