A plethora of breakfast options were offered every morning. In the evening, snacks and drinks were provided for a few hours in the lounge. A person could easily spend the whole day here. You'll be fed, there's a pool and spring, a shop on the first floor, free drinks. This place is well worth your $$. We felt very well taken care of. We are likely coming back on our next trip to Japan.

息子の誕生日で利用しました。 事前に誕生日サプライズでフラワーアレンジメントが無料で出来るとの事でお願いしましたが、結果何もありませんでした。 また持ち込みでケーキを持ってきたので 部屋にお皿とフォークをお願いしましたが 人手不足と言う理由でだいぶ待たされました。 満足度はやや低めでした。

朝晩のビュッフェはたしかに混みますが、追加の食事会場は十分に広く、メニューにも工夫が凝らされていて美味しかったです。　 食事時、チェックアウトのタイミングでエレベーターが混むのは仕方ないかと。 露天風呂とお風呂上がりのドリンクサービスは満足できますし、宿泊した部屋は綺麗に清掃されていたので、ほぼ不満点はありません。 ちいさい子ども連れのファミリー旅行として一泊するに申し分ありませんでした。

何年か前に行った記憶は良かったので、また利用しましたが、口コミの通りエレベーターがなかなか来ないのと朝食も席が足りないのか残念でした。あと確認不足でしたが、布団を敷くのがセルフだったのが残念。 でも朝食はバリエーション豊かで、プールも気持ち良かったので機会あれば利用したいです。

去年も泊まったが、そこから受付の待ち時間が整理券でとてもスムーズに受付ができてて感動しました。 部屋もランク上の部屋になっていてとても嬉しかったです。 去年のフォアグラが忘れられず、今年もお泊まりしたのですが、今年はメニューになかったのがとても残念でした。 でも、とても楽しい時を過ごす事ができてとてもよかったです。 フォアグラ食べたかったのでまた、行きたいです。

最寄駅からタクシーが1時間程つかまらず、チェックインが19時近くになった。チェクインした時には、ビッフェ90分の完全入れ替え制で、もうスタートしている時間の枠しかなかった。チェックインが遅くらそうと電話をした際にも、それより前段階でも、事前に情報が欲しかった。
