The hotel advertised air conditioning, but the room never cooled properly. It stayed only slightly cooler than outside and remained very humid, making it almost impossible to sleep. I asked the staff to check the AC, and while they said it had been fixed, nothing actually changed. After two almost sleepless nights, the lack of a comfortable room completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in the town. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel if you’re visiting during the warmer months as you will get absolutely no respite from the heat.

マリオットブランドのイメージを期待すると疑問が残る体験となりました。 浜松グランドホテルをリブランドして今年の6月にオープンしたそうですが、外観については「まだリニューアル途中？」と思うような寂れ方…館内エレベーターなども古く、異音・振動を感じるくたびれ具合。駐車場についても今時の車を止めるには狭すぎる。 フロントスタッフは日本語が堪能ではないようで、宿泊中の駐車場の出し入れについて質問しても意図が伝わらず。宿泊中の出庫は出庫の際にサービス券が戻ってくるという説明だったが戻ってこず。 空調の効きが悪く、「暑くない」程度にしか冷えない。一体型のバスルームはカバー範囲の狭いパーティションで区切られており、トイレ側を濡らさないように体を寄せて気を使いながらのシャワーです。しかも鏡は曇り止めもなく(円弧状に曇らないエリアがあったので、機能が壊れてる？)、ビジネスホテルならまだしも…という気持ちでいっぱいでした。 駅へのシャトルバスも17:10ホテル発が最終便という早さの上に、前日18時までの予約が必要とのこと。ホームページなどに案内があったでしょうか。 朝食のビュッフェもラインナップが貧弱。どこにでもあるようなビジネスホテル然としたメニューで面白さがない。鰻や遠州豚、三ヶ日みかんなどの地域の食材を使ったメニューくらいは欲しかった。 今回は急遽決まった旅行だったとはいえ、「マリオットだからハズレはないだろう」で事前調査をしなかったのが失敗だったなと。 最近は古いホテルをリブランドしたものが増えているようなので、事前調査の重要さを感じました。 自分の中でマリオットに対する信頼が揺らいでしまい残念です。

外観は少し古い見た目でしたが、中はすごく綺麗でした。ロビーも広く、チェックイン時もウェルカムドリンクとクッキーをいただけて嬉しかったです。 スタッフさんも丁寧に対応してくださいました。お部屋は4人で利用だったため4ベッドのジャパニーズファミリールームにしましたが広くて綺麗でとても満足でした。

Sehr geräumiges Familienzimmer. Super Lage. In der Nähe eines Family Marts, für den Morgenkaffee. Ein Parkhaus befindet sich direkt am Hotel und kostet 1000¥\Nacht. Unbedingt beim checkin nach einer Hotel-parkkarte fragen, da man sonst 1500¥/Nacht bezahlt. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen…

施設がリニューアルしてとても綺麗で清潔感があり、スタッフサービスも良いにもかかわらず設備面で空調が弱く常に暑いと感じる室内、冷えが弱い冷蔵庫、見た目重視でタオル掛が無かったり、物の置き場所の詰めが甘く悪目立ちしていたのが残念でした。
