Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option!

Really nicely done interior, modern look and everything super fresh. Very large room with comfortable furniture. Only missing some shelves in the bathroom and a better table in the room. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Altstadt. Convenient parking. Friendly staff!

I would have given 5 stars because the property was really clean and comfortable. The only let down was the breakfast. I've stayed here before and the breakfast was really good then, but this time there didn't seem to be enough staff to keep up with refilling the buffet. Admittedly it was very busy but so much was running out even though the staff that were there were working hard. What we had was adequate but I know it has been better. I would still stay again.

Check in dauerte viel zu lange, weil nur eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Das führte zu einer Stunde sinnlos geopferter Zeit. Wenn erst ab 15 Uhr eingecheckt werden kann, dann bitte eine effizientere Variante bieten. Die Bar war zu dieser Zeit natürlich auch nicht besetzt. Ansonsten alles gut, sehr netter Nachtportier.
