Good sized room, very centrally located next to shops, restaurants, and transport. The hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. The staff were all lovely and really make you feel welcomed.

The hotel is very dated. The staff are very friendly. It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonald’s opposite at 6 am in the morning, so I’m not a great night sleep.

A good honest hotel in a great location in the centre of Halifax, with extremely helpful staff. Whilst not as grand as it once was, fantastic value for money. Bedding and towels immaculately laundered, and plenty of tea bags in the room, so you know you’re in Yorkshire!
