We had an amazing time at The Halliburton. The heritage townhouses give the hotel a lovely, cozy atmosphere. Our room was charming and comfortable. Teatime in the library room was a major highlight. It's a perfect place for a memorable getaway in Halifax.

Very clean, up to date rooms. Beautiful furnished throughout. Onsite parking was a plus. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I really appreciated them allowing us to park our car a bit earlier to explore the city before we could check in. Breakfast is not included but is available For a fee. Complimentary tea and coffee was available in the library. I would absolutely come here again when I’m in town.

We had a small room on our first trip to The Halliburton. It was perfect for our needs. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker, & mugs in the room. They also offer coffee and tea in the lobby in the mornings and wine in the afternoon. There is a peaceful courtyard in the back of the houses as well. Great proximity to downtown Halifax. We were within walking distance to so many things to do.

The overall vibe of the property was excellent. Walking into the parlour/library for morning coffee (there was a coffee maker in our room as well) to sitting outside for happy hour in their beautiful garden. Great location offering a short walk to most Downtown Halifax sights, shops and amenities. Staff at check in were very welcoming. The inn is more than one structure, we stayed next door to the main building in a large and comfortable room on the main floor. There is ample parking in a lot behind the inn + they have a lovely garden between the lot and the inn that's a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee.

The room we had was unique in that it was a large room with nice chairs to sit in. It was very clean and close to the Boardwalk. Lots of restaurants around us and great for walking to activities on the harbourfront.
