Beautiful king bed in a large, quiet room with terrific views of the river. Great meals in the dining room - the german cuisine was a nice treat. Also many seafood offerings. And delicious authentic german beer.

The check in was easy and friendly. The room with the twin beds was small but comfortable. The views from restaurant were really nice. Food in restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was very good also. Would recommend this quaint place for sure!

The Mermaid Restaurant is “closed” on Tuesdays, but there were several guests besides us staying there on the Tuesday night of our stay, so the proprietor opened the restaurant for the guests and cooked for us! That was a special touch!

The Salmon River Inn was so delightful! It is not fancy.. but charming, clean, comfortable beds, delightful staff and was a warm and comfortable environment at a reasonable price. The restaurant is excellent… with such lovely views! I loved breakfast, which consisted of breads, cheeses and cold cuts.

We loved this quaint Inn - we enjoyed no TV - gave us time to turn off the outside world for 3 days. Staff were amazing -food was amazing- view from dining room amazing- our only negative was because we requested main floor - there were 2 single beds which were put together for us so we could have one bed - not super comfortable 😀 but not horrible - would definitely go back.

Very good food we were late getting in kitchen was closed and the ladies opened the kitchen for us and cooked us something to eat very quaint Victorian style home. Beautiful views rooms were small but comfortable.
