First night booked in a room facing the Durty Nellie - this is a party location - staff were great moving us the following day to a quieter room. Only thing we weren’t fans of is the toilet was behind closed doors and the sink on the outside of it. The room facilities were great, we were very comfortable. Only recommendation is to get softer towels - they were a bit rough however replenished daily and clean

It was all pretty great and easy to walk to everything- wonderful room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. One downside- it's proximity to popular restaurants/pubs combined with being a university town made it a bit noisy at night. I brought earplugs for sleeping and that solved the issue. Very safe, just a lot of happy people, especially on Friday and Saturday.

The only plus to this hotel is the convenience of the downtown location - walking distrance from waterfront and restaraunts. Rooms were extremely smelly, either from mold or stale cooking smells. We had to switch rooms 4 times because of this. Windows and doors were not double paned and you can hear music and people talking on the streets all through the night. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast selections were okay, very crowded dining room with not enough room for everyone to sit.

Easily accessed downtown property with on site secure parking. Once there, everything else is walkable. Pedestrian only shopping and entertainment street just block over. Lots of walkable nearby dining options. Only a few blocks from spectacular waterfront. Helpful staff. Very clean and spacious rooms. Reasonably priced. Would stay again.
