The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is well maintained. The breakfasts were excellent. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The only thing I would have liked that wasn't there was a restaurant/cafe/bar or small store.

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, kind, and welcoming. When I mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary during our 8 day stay at the Homewood Suites in Halifax several staff went the distance to make our stay extra special and memorable. Navreet in particular took the time to make a romantic contribution with our room and decor. We will fondly remember the team’s thoughtfulness. The daily buffet breakfast offers many excellent options. The hotel offers a prime location in the heart of the city or easy access for travelling to some of the hot spots like Peggy’s Cove or Lunenburg - both photographers’ dream locations. We enjoyed our time in and around the wonderful city of Halifax and will sty at the Homewood Suites next time.

We liked the size of our room and the set up. We liked the breakfast and how nice and efficient the staff were who were working there. The variety of food options were excellent, there’s something for everyone. The coffee was great!! What would have made the room so much better, would have been a comfortable chair to sit on to watch tv, or read. The couch that was in the room was very uncomfortable and noisy. The pillows for the bed were awful, they were old and had seen better days, they desperately need to be replaced. Other than that, it was a great hotel. I would recommend this hotel for sure. Thank you for a great stay.
