We took the bus from the airport to Scoria Square downtown. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the bus stop as well as the Citidel. Location is really convenient for everything! Breakfast had many options and was delicious. Our grandchildren used the pool in the evenings. The property met all of our needs!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good and the offerings were amazing they had oatmilk chia pudding which is very healthy and unusual for a hotel to offer. Highly recommend staying here when in Halifax.

Spacious rooms but the sofa bed mattress was VERY uncomfortable for my two teenaged daughters, the worst they've been on they said. Breakfast was good, and it was very convenient to have the lobby/breakfast area Folgers coffee machine with fresh coffee throughout the whole day. Good location within walking distance from the boardwalk area and many nearby restaurants.

Staff were very professional and helpful. Our booking was not straightforward but they sorted it out with a better rate than was originally expected. Cleaning staff were super! We booked a suite that allowed for our whole group. Excellent room with two bathrooms and multiples rooms/beds. Breakfast was good each morning. Check in was smooth and happened to be early. Only issue was the key card into the pool room wouldn’t work so that could be annoying. Great stay!

This hotel was very well located and made getting around Halifax easy. The front reception staff was incredible. The breakfast staff is better than any wait staff at a restaurant and make you FEEL welcome. The daily rotation of freshly made food was wonderful. Each day we were treated to wonderful cold and hot breakfasts that were as good if not better than restaurants nearby. There is limited parking so be aware.
