The room we got upgraded to had a spectacula view of the bay with cargo ships and trains going by (still super quiet). Clean, staff are friendly and the breakfast was nice. We didn’t get to use the pool but it’s a nice touch. Lots of renovations happening currently to keep it modern

We rented a room with a king bed and when we checked in there was no guest chair. Only the desk chair. It took until the next afternoon to get a second chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed for a day. It seemed to me that front desk staff was in no hurry to correct the situation. Breakfast was good and parking was available at all times.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and perfectly satisfactory for my needs. The breakfast is great - lots of choices! Only thing was they are doing renovations so that's a little annoying, especially if you're wanting a nap during your stay.
