Great place to stay if you are in the area
The building doesn’t look much from the outside, but the apartment was excellent. Lovely views and spacious with good cleanliness. Staff were friendly. Only issue was couldn’t get watchable reception on the TV

Our second stay and we love that all of the rooms have a different character and decor. The location is very quiet and peaceful. We had a corner room with views down the valley as well as overlooking a brook and wooded area. Just one reminder - take your own hot drinks supplies.
Quiet area if you are looking for a getaway to rest and relax. Our room (bridal suite) was pristine.

Excellent stay!
We booked three rooms for a wedding at the Venue next door. All the rooms were individual styles and all excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable properly. Looks a bit run down from the outside but on the inside it is very nice.
Nice shower. Bed was a little small.
I think for the price a small gesture of continental breakfast would have made it worth the money.

Definitely not recommended
The music from the huge wedding/party venue right next door kept us awake until 1am, as it will for anyone staying here.
The fire alarm went off three time during the night.
They charged us twice and five days later still haven't provided a refund.
The air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms we booked.

Brides review
I stayed in the family suit, the night before and night of my wedding.
The staff were great and the rooms were lovely!!
There’s a different theme and style to each room, if you call up they share all the information.
They have a very small breakfast room open to all in the morning for coffee water and few types of croissants and fruit. It was just perfect for what I needed.
It’s a fairly luxury and expensive stay I would say and for this I didn’t expect a few things.
My advise would be to bring your own shampoo, the one they have doesn’t lather.
We had a kitchen but no paper towels. My make up artist needed tissues and had to use toilet roll.
For anyone who is impacted by noise, I would suggest you call up and advise that you do not want to be facing the gym as there was loud music playing throughout my whole day there (for the parts I was there for evening and morning)
overall, I thought it was a lovely stay with incredible accommodating staff. I’m sure if I asked for tissue paper for the kitchen they would provided it.
I thought the staff coordinated really well with my wedding coordinator from the venue who was able to have access to the hotel and take me to the venue at the right time.
Our family suite (The Botanical Suite) was nicely decorated with views of the countryside. We stayed during a heatwave and unfortunately the air conditioning doesn’t reach the bedroom. The living area stayed cool but the bedroom was very hot.
We were woken up at 6.15 am by a spin / exercise class taking place in the adjacent gym. The gym is not part of the hotel but appears to be located in the structure right next to half the suites. The music and the instructor’s voice were extremely loud and were constant for the half an hour class by which point we’d given up on going back to sleep.
When we checked out, the reception desk was unoccupied and there was no box to drop key cards so we pressed the bell on the desk for a staff member. The young girl who came up wasn’t the reception staff member and didn’t ask how our stay was but we wanted to feed back about the noise issue. She said ‘Everyone says that’ followed by ‘I’ll tell her’ (I guess she meant the receptionist.) We were not offered an apology for being woken up. And as the exercise class is operated by another business, it doesn’t seem this is an easily resolvable problem. We wouldn’t return to the hotel after not being able to get a good night’s sleep but it’s possible the suites on the opposite side of the corridor would not be impacted by noise from the gym.
