Such a wonderful property with incredible ocean views - very quiet and peaceful. The pool was an added bonus. The only minor maintenance items was the broken seal in the window which concealed the spectacular view. Highly recommend this property to couples, families or anyone seeking the ambiance of west coast living. The dining room was closed for the 2 nights we were there but there are lots of other dining options relatively close by or bring your own picnic to enjoy on your own private deck!

Beautiful resort overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the view was great, restaurant was very nice and the foods was really good. There was a wedding while we were there and the music was pumping ‘til late in the evening (which wasn’t expected) so that kinda killed the peaceful vibe, but at least the music was good (LOL). Complimentary kayaks, which was great, though the one my husband got was in dire need of repairs. Pricey resort but nice. On a side note, I had mentioned that my husband and I were there to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary but there was no recognition/gesture to acknowledge this, which I thought was kind of lame given what we paid for our weekend there.

Location is unbeatable however the property is really showing its age. Stayed here a few times over the last 20 years, the main lodge and amenities need some major tlc or overhaul. Staff were nice but didn’t match the nightly room price point. For $500 plus a night I’d expect a lot more, seemed aloof generally. Room in the main lodge was renovated and clean, nice big mini fridge/freezer. Unfortunately when we were leaving we noticed a massive brown stain on the bed sheet, so gross but was at the end so not much could really been done. Not sure how a staff member making the bed thought this was ok, let alone why someone thought the sheet was ok out of the wash. Would we stay again, maybe. The coast doesn’t have a lot of options for oceanfront accommodation. Great spot and peaceful, mostly needs some maintenance to match expectations.

One of the best spots on Sunshine Coast island, quiet, and hidden in nature beauty. Resort is well maintained, boardwalk lighting, outdoor seating, and fire pit area is great options for families. We stayed with two toddlers, it was good fun time for them, and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Our stay was amazing overall! The view was absolutely breathtaking — right in front of the ocean and perfect if you love nature and peaceful vibes. We booked the premium suite with balcony, and everything was super good. The room had AC and all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself is a bit old, and the wooden washroom door was slightly crooked, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. The highlight was definitely the stunning view and location. Also, the food at TuBird restaurant was bomb — we really enjoyed it! If you’re going mainly for the view, nature, and relaxing atmosphere, this place is awesome.

Nice quite stay. We were upgraded to a cabin. Very quite. Would be nice to have more comfortable chairs in the room rather than those wooden folding chairs. Food at the restaurant was also very good.
