Værelset helt fint men langt væk fra reception og udgang. Receptionist hjælpsom og venlig men vi spurgte til om vi kunne spise påhotellet og fik nej. Hun henviste til 3 nærliggende restauranter, men begge viste sig at være lukkede. Da bi kom tilbage sad et stort hold personer og spiste. Vi fik ikke aftensmad. Manglende impati.

Nachts war FEST ausgemacht , das der Taxifahrer uns nach 3 Uhr abholt. Er gab mir eine Karte und sagte noch frech , bis ca. 3.30 Uhr !! Im Hotel war überhaupt niemand von 2.50 Uhr bis 3.40 Uhr zu erreichen,dann wurden wir überfallen und krankenhausreif geschlagen und getreten . Niemand , Hotel oder Taxi war da zu erreichen. 5000 Euro Schaden und Brüche , nur weil keiner an das Telefon ging. Das hat noch Konsequenzen

Pleasant stay

Hotel was nice. Room was large and comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. For some reason my hotels.com booking was not found by the receptionist when we checked in which was somewhat concerning. The night receptionist gave us two single rooms when we had booked one double. This became an issue when we were checking out as we were charged a higher amount than we had booked for. Eventually after much discussion it was resolved thankfully. I would stay here again.
