Despite the lobby being amazing with great staff we were really disappointed that our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Although they weren’t able to put us in a new room they did bring up a small air purifier which did slightly help. We also thought the rooms were a bit dated but otherwise we were glad to have quite a large sized room, parking available and enjoyed being able to try out some traditional wear.

Western-Japanese room was very spacious for a family of 5. Bathroom in the room was ok. The big spa (onsen) was great! Breakfast (buffet style) was nice also.

4人で北館の和洋室に宿泊。長らく使われていない部屋なのでしょうか、和室部分は特にですが、部屋の上部あちこちに埃が積もっており、気持ち悪かったです。エアコンかスピーカーか、、の吐き出し口にも埃とカビがこびりついていました。それと、北館と南館を繋げる地下通路の端に埃が寄せ集めているのが何か所にもあり、2日間気になりました。それに対し、大浴場は清潔で気持ちよく使えました。ビュッフェも美味しかったし、ホテルスタッフの接客も素晴らしく、ラウンジの快適。部屋と地下通路の不衛生さだけが残念でした。

ホテルは温泉があり、露天風呂とサウナも備えているので、静かな雰囲気でのんびり過ごせました。 然し、ホテルに到着して車を駐車場に駐車する間のことにとっても気になりました。道路沿いのA館（フロントある館）正門に停車したら、門前に立っていた迎えるホテルスタッフに隣の駐車場に車を入れてくださいと指示されましたが、車に載せてた荷物を降ろしてもらえなかったです。しかも隣の駐車場と言っても、距離的に近いが、いったん道路の向こう側の車線に入って、また反対車線に戻ってからやっと駐車場に入れました。この間に道路に往来の車が多く、怖くてドキドキしました。門前に立ったホテルスタッフは誘導してくれなかったが、この駐車場に駐車する宿泊の方に交通誘導してほしいと思います。 あとはチェックインが終えた後、スーツケースなどの手荷物を客室に運んでくれませんでした。

ウェルカムドリンクと、ミニミニケーキを食べてから、部屋に行きました。部屋は、きちんとしていて良かったです。冷蔵庫は、霜で固まってた為か？全く冷やせませんでした。食事は、海鮮フェア8/31までで、新鮮、色々な料理も有り美味しかったです。朝食のオムレツは、オーダーで作ってもらえたので良かったです。大浴場も、綺麗で、とても良かったです。又、行きたいと思ってます

Excellent hotel from a room and dining standpoint. We loved the buffet breakfast and dinners. The room was extremely spacious…stayed in a western room with 2 beds and 3 tatami mats. The onset was lovely as well. Only downside was the distance from main attractions was a 30 min bus ride.

何回も利用させてもらっています。 食事は美味しくなりましたし、外国の方含めスタッフの方の対応が丁寧で安心出来ました。 ただ、部屋のソファカバーやトイレの汚れが気になり落ちつけませんでした。また、ソファカバー（ソファベッドの布）が変わればより雰囲気が良くなると思います。 また伺いたいと思いますので、よろしくお願いします。

ベットはとても良かった 布団がもう1枚マットレスが敷いてあったらなお有り難かったです。 今回の旅行はとても満足しています。 高齢の両親を連れての家族全員での旅行は最後になるかも知れないのですが、ホテルが綺麗で、食事も豊富で、とても良い思い出になりました。 ありがとうございました。機会があればまた伺いたいと思えるホテルでした。
