It was bright and spacious. Amenities abundant. The In unit ♨️ hos spring bath was delightful. There was just so much to lobe and enjoy. Close to the bus route. Staff was very helpful with any and all my questions.

Fabulous location and property with a private onsen. If you are looking for a private onsen option that allows you to onset with your family members, this is great. The property was a great size and was far larger than any hotel options that we looked at in a similar category for the region. Clean, and comfortable. It is a little walk away from a convenience store (10 mins), and a bus ride away from most food options. However, it is on several bus routes and was close to attractions in the area. Highly recommend. They do not allow late check out or baggage storage.

Really great furnishings. We enjoyed the indoor onsen, which was already on for us at the right temperature when we arrived. The property has a manual in English which allowed us to understand how to operate all of the major appliances like the microwave oven and the washer / dryer. The check-in process was the most involved of any property we stayed in in Japan.

This place was great for my family and I. They loved the private onsen and overall it was mostly clean. The only downside was the mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. But other than that, we loved it here.

Great amenities, spacious villa with a private onsen bath. If I had one criticism, the main bathroom had a musty, wet rag odor indicating possible mold/mildew growth. Suggest management use bleach solution or a power jet washer to thoroughly clean the bathroom areas. Other than that, family had a good stay and u recommend this property.

The place itself is excellent, you have everything you need there. It will be great if there’s a better clothes drying system, there’s a way to dry clothing with the heater, but no instructions so you have to figure it out. Also, the hot spring is super hot, if you have kids, be mindful of the faucet.

A bit hard to get to as there are many Rakuten Stays in the area so it can get a bit confusing as you are driving into the area to find which lodge is the one you have booked. Also there was a whole in the concrete of our entrance of our bnb and a cricket had made its nest there, so we could hear the cricket the entire night very loudly.

The property was a bit quirky, but fine. However, there was a lightning storm during our stay which resulted in loss of hot water, wifi, and some other electrical devices. We contacted customer service numerous times, and they essentially refused to have things fixed for the final 2 days of our stay. They claimed they had no other units available to move us to. So we had to spend 2 days without wifi and hot water. The worst customer service I have ever experienced

The property was great! There were lots of useful things in the property and we enjoyed our stay. One thing we didn't like was that the cushions for outside foot bath were wet before we used them. Others were great and we definitely go back there again.

Best accommodation in Japan!

Truly the highest quality and roomiest accommodation I have experienced in Japan. Perfect for families. Every detail was thought of. I hope to stay here again. There is a tablet computer inside where you complete your check-in with a video call, but I couldn’t reach anyone after many attempts in the evening and morning. Check-out was very easy.

Excellent experience for stay here. If there's some basic seasoning, it will be perfect. In addition, the pump of washing items is not in good condition. I think it is time to replace a new one.
