古い施設をリニューアルしたホテルです。ベッドの頭の上に以前のコントローラーがあり、照明はここでもコントロールできます。朝食は女性向きで、男性には量的に不足しますから、パンを自分で追加した方が良いです。

This hotel is in an older building and there are some things to be desired. However, the value is incredible. Our room was only 6,000 yen after taxes and fees and it had everything we needed. The location was unbeatable, the staff was friendly, the room was a decent size, and they provided the normal amenities. Although simple, a free breakfast is also included in your stay. For what it costs, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

また利用したいです！

駅から近く、周りに飲食店がたくさんあり、とても便利でした。ホテルの方がとても親切で好感が持てました。朝食替わりになる軽食としてパンとチーズとバナナとヨーグルトドリンクがついており、しかも廊下にパンを温めるために利用できる電子レンジが設置してあり嬉しかったです。お風呂が大きめなのも嬉しかったです。

駅近、部屋広、いうことなし

お部屋がとても広く、古いのは確かですがそれをカバーするような心遣いが行き届いているので（出窓に備長炭があったり）快適に過ごせました。 素泊まりのつもりで行ったのですが可愛い朝食のご用意がホントに嬉しかったです！すごくオシャレな置き方に、バランスも考えてあってパンも柔らかくて全て美味しく頂きました。 大きな姿見に、ズボンプレッサーまで部屋にあり、ビジネス利用にもピッタリです。 部屋に個別のエアコンがついていて自分でリモコンで自由にコントロールできるのは実は私にとってはポイント高いです。中央コントロールやフロア別というところも多くありますし、そういうのって調整できるようでできないんですよね。「強・中・弱」しかなくて冷房・暖房とかどこ？みたいな。 冷蔵庫も十分な大きさで、すごく効きがいい！ダイヤルで調整できるタイプはすごく助かります。ダイヤルの真ん中くらいにしていたのにお水がキンキンに冷えていてビックリ！ バスアメニティーも充実していて、ボディータオルがあるのは嬉しいですよね。化粧水等のボトルもありました。 ただ、私は「リンスインシャンプー」が嫌いなのでドラッグストアで個別の１回分のを買いました。私と同じく「リンスインシャンプーはちょっと」という方は準備して行きましょう。 贅沢を言うなら、冬の時期は特に感想が気になるので加湿器があるといいな、というくらいでしょうか。 もちろんフロントのスタッフさんも笑顔で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。 小田原で朝から仕事と言う時にはまたぜひ利用したいと思います。

快適な隠れ家的ホテル

禁煙ツインの部屋に3泊したんですけど、このホテルは良いですよ。朝食の代わりにパンとバナナくれるのは要らないと思うけどね。 部屋は2人が居られる最小限のスペースは有ります。 ここのバスルームの作りはこのクラスのホテルのそれでは無いですよ。　お湯も24時間熱いのが勢いよく出るし。 オーナーが昔、ホテルはこう有るべきと思って造作したんだろうな。 レストランとかは付いてないけど周りに幾らでも食べるとこあるしね。 小田原駅東口のタリーズとプロントの間を入って行って突き当たりを左に行くと直ぐなんですよ。

Top marks for location and service.

The photos are roughly accurate. The rooms are quite old but clean and comfy. Breakfast was included (bread rolls, cheese spread, packets of coffee and creamer, green tea, cream corn soup mix, banana and yoghurt drink). There's OJ at the reception in the morning and a microwave on our floor. I'd say that location and staff are the main plusses. The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Odawara Station. Staff were very friendly. It was raining like mad when we checked out and the staff gave us two umbrellas to use, even though we we couldn't return them.

This is somewhat a very old property. We stayed just one night just to wait to pick up our rental car. The location is very close to Odawara station...take east exit and turn left...then turn right at 7-11....The hotel is less than 2 minutes walk from the station. The place is old and everything is still manually operated. Hotel staff is polite and friendly.The place is very clean and the provide every you need...robe towel, and toiletries. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for just a simple place to stay at.

I had a great and cozy stay here, I arrived earlier because of typhoon and they accommodate us pretty well, I appreciate that. This would definitely a hotel I will consider next time if I travel there again. It’s also pretty close to train station, very convenient.
