The stay was super amazing from the get go. The hotel staff being the limelight, from when we entered the hotel till we exited, they were nothing less than fantastic, polite, efficient and courteous. In terms of the property itself, really amazing rooms, you can book your own private onsen, dinner and breakfast are included and they were very adjusting of our dietary restrictions (including vegetarian). We didn't even notice how the day went by and our stay finished. I will highly recommend it to anyone.

One of my best hotels experiences ever!

The experience we had was simply fantastic! The onsens are so nice, the food is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and were so friendly and welcoming. The complimentary bar was great as well.
