I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station.

The Hilton has myriad of requirements for using the pool and hot springs. It's not possible just to walk into the pool area and start using it. We couldn't even see the pool because we were not appropriately attired, meaning we weren't wearing swimming clothes. The rooms are small and so are the bathroom and enclosed toilet.

Had a nice view ocean. The public osen was new experience for me. I found the late night shop convenient. The arcade at the bottom floor is nice too.

The hotel was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. There was a lovely welcome and check in process, the hotel and its grounds were immaculately cared for and the facilities were outstanding and all staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again next time.

Hi Hilton Odawara team, Thank you for your warm hospitality and perfect service. My family and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, the beautiful view from my room was magnificent. We will never forget such incredible scenery. I will visit the hotel next time. Thank you! 하코네 지역의 호텔과 비교하면 힐튼 오다와라의 접근성은 다소 불편합니다. 하지만 호텔 방에 들어서는 순간 이곳에 오길 잘 했다는 생각이 드실겁니다. 일본의 여러 온천호텔에 가보았지만 이곳이 제가 갔던 호텔 중 베스트 3 안에 듭니다. 가족여행으로 갔는데 부모님이 감동하셨습니다. 식사의 경우, 저희는 조식과 석식을 모두 호텔에서 먹었습니다. 뷔페 음식의 종류가 많지는 않지만 모두 맛있고 호텔 부대시설이 매우 좋습니다. 차량 렌트해서 가실 분들에게 강추합니다!

The staff is amazing! We stayed one night but we wished we added more days. We will definitely come back. The main factor is the staff's respect, willingness and accomodations. They are great. One if them us Halumi I think.

Frühstück: westliches und asiatisches Frühstück mit leckeren asiatischen Spezialitäten Gäste: fast nur Asiaten, keine Europäer, wenig Amerikaner Zimmer: für japanische Verhältnisse große Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen Freizeit: Fitness, Badelandschaft, Sauna und Onsen super ( am Wochenende sehr voll) Hotel abseits mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Shuttle Bus zur Odawara Station ( einmal stündlich) keine Essens - oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehweite. Supermarkt im Hotel vorhanden. Essen und Roomservice im Hotel sehr teuer.

The mountain view of the sea was beautiful. The room we stayed in was very nice. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. The pool, fitness center, hot springs, and service was very good. Super relaxing in calm mountain environment. Will go again for sure in the Autumn. Super relaxing.
