We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hakone Yutowa. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Hakone-Gora station. The hotel offers a calm, pleasant atmosphere with beautiful greenery and trees throughout the grounds. While communication in English was occasionally a challenge, the staff remained incredibly friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed both the public and private onsens. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. The complimentary snacks and beverages were also a fantastic perk that added extra value to our stay, along with the restaurant onsite.

Property is a slight walk from Gora station , make sure you are prepared for rain if you are walking to the property. Overall experience with the place and staff was pretty positive, the only slight issue I have was that there was only 1 coin laundry machine , so you need to be strategic about washing of clothes

Our stay at Hakone Yutowa was great. The room (Condominium A) was very spacious and had a good amount of natural light. The amenities we plenty, both in the rooms and within the hotel as well. There was lots of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere around the property too. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan. The hotel is a nice mix of traditional and contemporary. Everything was depicted exactly as it was shown in the photos. The onsen wasn't too crowded. The location was perfect. I recommend getting dinner at the hotel it was exceptional. The entire staff was was next level service. I would stay here again if I could.
