This stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful, the dinner and breakfast buffets were unbelievable. So much selection and everything tasted very high quality. The room was huge and the private onsen was incredibly relaxing. The highlight of our trip to Japan and we cannot wait to stay here again in our next visit.

Overall excellent experience. Plan your trips for transportation well in advance as taxis take along time if available. Book night before or coordinate travel with hotel shuttle. Property clean but if you look at detail it needs some refurbishment in certain areas like landscaping pressure cleaning and some aging areas need upgrading. Not really a CON per se but something the hotel can do to keep 4 star + ratings
