Incredible. An amazing setting, secluded and yet convenient for the ropeway, bus and cruise. The staff were so attentive, the massage was sensational, and the onsens were great. Food was great and everything about our stay was perfect.

This hotel is amazing. Got the private onsen bath which is clean and amazing, polite and friendly staff - always feel comfortable with the service, everything in the room is clean and neat, really good views, also buffet dinner is offered with a variety of delicious options, no convenience stores in walking distance but that isn't important compared to the experience.

It was a beautiful location next to Lake Ashi, and barely a five minute walk to the pirate ship dock and the Hakone ropeway which was very convenient. The buffet food was amazing too.
