The fully contained apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It was private, comfortable and uniquely Japanese.for a split level space. There were plenty of futon beds and the kitchen had all that we needed. The attic bedroom was comfortable but does not have standing room. Thank you for a unique Japanese stay.

管理会社の方の電話対応に関して、内容に不満はありませんが、愛想はないです。 施設の設備に関して、お湯の温度が最高に上げても低く（おそらく40-42度くらい）、改善していただきたい。 部屋は広くてきれいでした。概ね満足です。

湯本温泉街に近い良いロケーションにあるホテルです。対応も良いし施設自体清潔感あるいい空間でした。ちょっと料金は高めですが、また機会があれば利用したいです。
