施設の設備そのものは大変良かったですが、食事処での夕食で子供連れのご家族とグループ旅行と一緒になり、赤ちゃんは泣きわめく、子供はずっと騒いでいる、グループは宴会状態で、うるさくてうるさくて全く食事を楽しめる状態ではなく、早々に部屋に引き上げました。カップルなどの他の宿泊客も顔をしかめていました。静かに食事を楽しみたい宿泊客用に時間帯をもうけるなど、もう少し心くばりがあってもいいのではと思いました。そういう意味でサービスが悪いと思います。

落ち着いた雰囲気で大人のかたにはお勧めです。

落ち着いた雰囲気で、バタバタした様子もなく、ほとんど館内でも人に出会うことがないくらいに、プライベートで過ごせました。お風呂も大浴場、貸し切り風呂、居室内風呂、と沢山のお風呂があります。大浴場でも、ほとんど貸切状態でした。 お食事もとても素敵で美味しく、お腹いっぱいになりました。とても丁寧に作られています。 お食事は食堂(レストラン)でしたが、個室のようにしきられており、プライベートな空間でした。 チェックアウトも11時なので、ゆっくり過ごしたい方にはとてもお勧めです。 また仕事に疲れたときに、ゆっくり過ごしに行きたいです。

山間の小さなホテルでのんびり

お部屋の隅の方は床に埃が溜まっていたのと、トイレの清掃が少し足らない印象を受けました。残念です。また、廊下が暗すぎるのでもう少しだけ明るいと良いです。宿泊したお部屋の内風呂は源泉かけ流しでいつでも入浴できとてもリラックス出来ました。貸切風呂も３名までならゆったり利用出来そうな広さ、半露天で清々しい朝風呂を頂きました。温泉は肌に柔らかい感触でボディクリームを塗らなくてもその日はスベスベでした。寝具も自分に合うか心配でしたが心地良かったです。ホテルと最寄り駅間を快く直ぐに送迎のご対応頂いて大変助かりました。フロント、レストランのスタッフの皆さんは丁寧で笑顔が絶えず素敵だなと思いました。朝食夕食共に盛り付けや器が清潔・綺麗で全て美味しかったです。

良い思い出になりました

とても快適に過ごすことができました。温泉はなめらかでお湯加減も最高。スタッフの方はとても親切で対応も早く気配りに感謝です。お料理も大変おいしく、ゆっくりいただくことができました。（ただ、旅先でオシャレ気分を味わうために、冷えた白ワインは足つきのグラスでいただきたかった。） 無料コーヒーサービスも良かったです。

値段に釣り合わず…

スイートを利用。 座敷部分の座布団がくたびれてる。 部屋内の洗面所とシャワールームの間の床が朽ちかけているのか踏むと沈み、シャワーを浴びているだけで洗面所まで水が溢れる。 フロントの男性の接客はよかったが、レストランの店員さんは海外の方が何名かいらっしゃって、皆さん小さな声で慣れない日本語を早口で話されるので、全然聴き取れなかった。頑張りは伝わるが、あれでは接客にならない。 朝食は半分がバイキング形式なのだが、にんずが多すぎて密になっていた。先着にするなど工夫が必要だと思う。

とても　落ち着いた雰囲気です フロントのグランドピアノ う〜ん　やはりウェルカム演奏が欲しかった！それだけが残念でした。 一階の貸切露天風呂も３つあり　タイミングが合えば　気兼ねなく独り占め出来ます フリードリンクマシーンがあったのは　嬉しい！ 部屋風呂が半露天の檜風呂　大きくてびっくり〜 大浴場に　入らなくても　大満足でした！ 向こう側に登山電車や道路がある　はずですが　見えませんでしたね 食事処も　半個室？ お隣のスペースのお子さんたちの声はきこえました。 食事も　見計らっての配膳で　私達には　丁度良いテンポでした　 少し多かったので　量は自分でセーブ 朝食もバイキングだけでも良いのではないかな…一人づつ配膳されたので　無駄にならない様に　バイキングは控え目に調整
