This was our first time staying in a Ryokan and it was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff reached out to us prior to our arrival to plan for dinner and private onsen that evening. The onsen's were very nice and the amenities were good. Dinner was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were spacious a clean. They are also very family friendly and the location is convenient. I would recommend this place to people visiting Hakone for the first time. You won't be disappointed.

Incredible stay! Staff were so sweet and accommodating; the amenities felt authentic to a traditional ryokan, it was clean and modern. I spent my stay with an elderly grandfather and a little kid and everyone loved it! The indoor and outdoor onsens were perfect. There were toys on a shelf for kids to access and take to their rooms.we had a wonderful time!
