This hotel is located right in the city center, close to everything, and only a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Having a washer and microwave in the room was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they were always happy to provide information and recommendations whenever I asked. I would definitely stay at Tokyu Stay again when traveling in Japan. It’s a great hotel chain with locations in many cities, which makes it a convenient and reliable choice for future trips.

This hotel is in a good location (walking distance from the train station and market). Everything was clean and as described. We were able to store our luggage since we arrived before check in. Nice perk that there's an ice cream shop in the lobby.

Definitely recommend this hotel! Planning to stay here again when visiting again. The Onsen is surreal at night especially if you get the side of the water & city. So lovely!! It’s also extremely close to the station & market(which you can get free meal tickets for!)😊😊

There is a washer-dryer in the room and an onsen at the hotel's top floor. Enjoyed using the ReFa products at the hotel, it was a nice little thing. Hotel room is pretty small, but we are in Japan after all. The hotel location is near the morning market, so we enjoyed quite a bit of kaisendons every morning. Food places are aplenty and there is a bus/tram network relatively near to the hotel that makes it easy to travel around.
